Adagio D-305 - Amazing Poolside, Corner Unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Property being gated is big plus for us since we have lots of kids from our school there at the same time. Feels safe to let them go back and forth to other condos.

We felt like 5 o’clock was awful late for check-in considering we are from out of town. Accommodations were great with the exception of several power outages and AC was out. Maintenance was very responsive on getting the AC up and running. Oh no we had a wonderful time.

The dining room table had bench seats on the side so we could all dine together. The living room had two couches and chairs which also allowed us to all have a seat. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the pools are fantastic. The unit needs to have all couch and chair covers cleaned or replaced. The rug in the living room is fraying and is a trip hazard. The entry has a large box of pool toys piled up in the corner (messy looking) and the bedroom closet was packed with sandy beach chairs. Overall wonderful trip and nice unit. Looking forward to coming back.

The pools are awesome but could use some updating and tuckpointing/maintenance, including new and more pool furniture.

Easy to book through the website and should a question arise during our stay, the staff always answers the phone and is most helpful. We’ll be back!

Well equipped apartment located in perfect location. There's a great pool and the beach is short walk from the building. Loved exploring the quaint beach towns on 30A. It was our first time in the area, but definitely plan on it not being our last.
