Bob's place was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. The location is second to none - right across from the beach and walkable to so many spots for food and fun. Bob was extremely quick to communicate too. Would stay here again for sure!

Location is great.... walked across the street to a beautful beach and park every day. Watched the sunset, listened to Hawaiian music, enjoyed the busy street full of small independent shops and restaurants ... all very good. Older condo was quiet, clean, cozy and reasonably priced.

The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to eat and also to look at the ocean. Location was great. We just had to cross the street to get to the beach and the ocean. Plus it was a convenient location to restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. There is a view of the ocean, albeit past the parking lot and road. But the ocean is beautiful, and Kam 2 Beach is literally just across the street. It's a great beach!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Kīhei condo! The location truly can’t be beat — directly across from the beach with stunning ocean views and the most amazing sunsets every single night. Being able to walk across the street for morning beach time and evening sunset strolls was such a luxury.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From beach chairs and towels to a well-equipped kitchen, it felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great, and we loved relaxing on the lanai with the ocean breeze.The host was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from booking through checkout. Clear instructions, great local recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome.Kīhei is such a perfect home base for exploring Maui, and having restaurants, shops, and beaches all within minutes made this stay even better.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and beautiful Maui escape!Mahalo for an unforgettable trip!

The property is well situated with the ocean view advertised and very good accomodations. There is everything you would need in the kitchen. However, if you want hot water for a shower this is not the place for you. The owner knew he had a defective hot water cartridge he couldn’t replace before our stay and never told us. No matter when we tried to have a hot shower it was only hot for 20 seconds (I timed it) and then at best only luke warm or cold. Not fair. There are alsoNo written directions on how to operate direct tv, dvd or micro which when one is unfamiliar with these things makes them difficult or unusable.

The host was responsive and knowledgeable. And the location was great for exploring the island!

This is my home away from home! Very clean and comfortable, walking convenience to a beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants and a variety of shopping. Most importantly a feeling of safety and community. Here you have all of this and more!

First time ever in Hawaii for me. The host contacted me with information & tips which were very useful, from scenic trips to restaurants and activities, as well as abundant info about the property.The location was ideal for us. Close to shops, restaurants/bars, and the beach. Couldn't ask for more. Plenty of free parking, nice on-site pool. If I return to Maui, this will likely top my list for spots to stay again.

This was our second year at the property and it didn't disappoint. The unit is great - as described and owner is easy to reach with any questions. The property is right across the street from one of the better beaches in Maui (wide, sandy, not crowded) and the unit is one of the closer ones within the property to the beach. The area is popular and busy (which we like), but there is no noise or rowdy crowds and the street is super easy to cross - cars stop immediately for pedestrians.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and organized and had everything you would need. Being within walking distance of the beaches and places to eat was a huge plus as well. 10/10 would stay again!

This is a wonderful condo. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly felt at home here in Maui. This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We are from Hawaii Island so we come to Maui often for a quick gateway. The condo is the perfect size. Plenty of room for my husband and I to spread out and relax. The kitchen has a great layout and was tastefully decorated. The spice cabinet had all the essentials. There was plenty of Tupperware to use for picnics. The kitchen was even stocked with plastic sandwich bags and had plenty of rolls of paper towels. Lots of cookware, plates, and glasses. Everything to make you feel right at home in beautiful Maui. The artwork in the condo was beautiful with gorgeous views of South Maui. There is ambient adjustable lighting above the artwork that creates a very relaxing atmosphere in the evening. The reclining chairs were very comfortable for my husband and I to relax and watch some TV in the evening. The TV is large with a clear picture and good sound. The couch was a nice place to sit for morning coffee as we planned out our Maui day. Everyone in the condo complex is very friendly. Having laundry on site was nice for a week’s stay. There is even detergent pads in the closet at the condo. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite tee shirt shop is in the shopping plaza next to the condo complex. This is our go to condo when ever we are visiting Maui.

I have stayed in Bob’s condo several times, and each time is great! He is so responsive if needed, the condo is across from the beach and a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The condo is fully stocked with everything you might need and there is a beautiful pool nearby condo as well to use. Plenty of parking spots inside to choose from. I strongly recommend this condo for anyone looking to be extremely close to everything!

Beautiful property. Excellently appointed. Never stayed in Kihei before and would love to go back and stay here if I can. Bob was wonderful. Helpful and patient. And if you like a good old time swimming pool… this one is huge with a long definite deep end. Thank you Bob!

Amazing spot for a solo traveler! Safe, quiet at night with friendly neighbors during the day! Many restaurants were in easy walking distant. One of the best beaches on Maui with wonderful sunsets right across the street! Absolutely recommend!

From the minute we walked into the condo we were so impressed with the new kitchen, new flooring, new bathroom, beautiful artwork and new furnishings. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The location offered us the ability to walk to coffee, restaurants, gelato, ice cream, shops and of course, the beach, which is directly across the street from the condo. We didn't use our car!!
