Across from Beach | Walk to Channel & Downtown

Great location, walking distance to beach, ice cream, shops, boardwalk and pier. Parking right in front of property. Very old unit, smells like a musty basement couldn’t get the smell out of my nose. Stovetop wasn’t working, was unable to cook my meals for a couple days. Inconvenience. Communication was quick for the site after sending out 2 different people, but it took 3 days before they could get the stovetop working again. I didn’t like the baby crackling mattress cover for the main bed, but bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a place to rest your head after enjoying the sites nearby.

Excellent location. Property was quite small for the price paid. No central A/C or heat despite large, continuously running unit in the space that evidently provided A/C for upstairs units. Portable heater and A/C units were sufficient. Sewage odor occasionally came from shower drain. Floors clean but rugs dirty. TV only had Roku so viewing limited b/c we didn't have streaming passwords with us. Okay for two people but no more than that.

We came to this property to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. We arrived on a Thursday morning and Friday morning. The toilet was not properly and leaking on the outside and not flushing properly. We contacted management. They said it might be difficult getting somebody out there during Coast Guard week since traffic would be so bad. I said well OK, but I don’t think you’ll wanna let this go. We were contacted later in the day around 230 telling us someone would come out that person did come out.The maintenance person realized they would need a plumber the plumber, then came out a few hours later and snaked the toilet and got it working properly, but then the shower could not be used and it needed to be snaked and he was unable to snake the shower piping so we were without a shower The rest of the time. I feel we are entitled to all charges for at least one day they ended up giving us a 373 credit when we paid on average over 500 per day to stay

Just a small place, but very well maintained, and close to everything. Would stay again!

Excellent location, acrossed the street from Lake Michigan!

We were visiting for our son's college football game and made a long weekend out of it. Location, Location, location! Right across the steet from the beach. Perfect for two people! Listing was as described and everything you would need. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery! Twenty minute walk or short drive to downtown. Several restaurants and shops. Check out the musical fountain! Will definitely stay again if back in the area!

Great location! We were in the downstairs apartment. It could have had a little more cleaning. The shower had some mildew. It had that mildew smell so I kept the fan running a lot. Other than that it was a cute little space for two people and easy walk to the beach. We walked into town and to the fountain. Nice not having to worry about parking.

Cozy with a great location to the beach

This condo is a good size for two people, but I feel it would be very crowded with four people as the only place to sit is the couch. It is convenient to the beach which was the reason for our stay and having two parking places was a plus. The full kitchen and refrigerator were very helpful as we had been berry picking and were able to freeze the berries. The bathroom was adequate although it smelled a bit musty and would probably benefit from some damp rid. Overall I would stay here again for the location, but if traveling with others I'd look for something larger.
