Come stay in your own luxurious Oceanfront Condo. From the moment you step into this vacation paradise you will experience the tranquility that comes from living directly on the ocean! The Atlantic Ocean is the main attraction of the family room. The view, the comfortable couches and chairs, the gentle sound of the ocean waves rolling in—a perfect place for you to relax. At night enjoy your favorite programs on the large flat screen TV.
In the morning, stepout of the sliding glass doors to the large balcony to sip your morning coffee. You will enjoy the breathtaking views for miles from the second story balcony, master bedroom, family room and kitchen! The master suite is complete with a king sized bed, TV, beautiful jacuzzi tub and vanity area. Watch the sunrise from your bed every morning! The second bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom has a brand new, completely renovated bathroom with gorgeous shower and vanity area. A third bedroom is equipped with a murphy bed and is the perfect spot for a quiet read. Hitting the beach is easy as we have beach towels, chairs and toys.

Spend your mornings on the beach, your afternoon by the pool and your nights eating in fabulous restaurants in St. Augustine.

This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed


The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
