This place goes above and beyond all expectations! The beautiful views, the condo itself, and the property owner ensured our vacation was amazing! We will be back AT LEAST once a year.

Great stay at this fabulous condo!! It was the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The owner definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend staying here the next time you are heading to Navarre.

The location of the condo was perfect, and it was very clean and suited all of our family’s needs. The host was very responsive and pleasant. We also loved the covered parking place included with the unit.

It is in a good location to the beach and pool. Nice parking and amenities. Older modeled rooms and bathrooms. Could use some updating. Enjoyed time with our son, daughter in law and precious granddaughter.

Location was GREAT! Loved short walks to pier and Andy D’s for both dinner and early morning coffee. Our own parking covered spot was a plus as well. Security was always on watch around pool and when accessing beach from condo. Quick response from Atula when our door code wouldn’t work upon arriving was great as well. Shower curtain in master bath was moldy along bottom, but that’s not a complaint, just making aware so can get properly cleaned. Would definitely stay here again. And I recommend this unit to others

We loved the location of this condo. The beach was fantastic and we saw dolphins almost every day. The nearby fishing pier, restaurants, and turtle sanctuary were all fun to visit.We enjoyed the bike path that led to Gulf Islands National Seashore and Opal Beach.

This was a great condo to stay in! Everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ensuring was clean, and covered parking was a bonus.

We loved our stay here. We were expecting a bright red sofa according to the pictures but thank goodness we were pleasantly surprised with the navy. For around $1000 the place could be updated pretty good. I would definitely take out that old tv stand and put a long buffet on that wall and I would update the bed spreads to quilts. Beds were a little hard but comfortable for us. Kitchen was stocked pretty good as well. The covered parking was a plus. The condo is 2 bedrooms but is much bigger than places I have stayed before. Plenty of room on the beach even though it was Fourth of July week. Other family members booked 2 more condos here so it was nice having everyone together but with our own space. Pool is big and many owners actually live here which is nice. We met some nice people. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Looking forward to next year.

So loved our visit! Beautiful view and well maintained! Would stay again! FYI does have a k cup coffee brewer. We didn’t see one in the pictures but the unit does have one for those that may want to know!

This condo was everything we needed it to be! It was beautiful and clean and in a great location.

When we arrived we easily found the reserved, covered parking space. The elevator was just steps from the parking spot. The condo was directly across from the elevator. So far this was an excellent location. Then we opened the door and saw the view. Before we could set our things down we were walking directly to the balcony to take in the amazing view! This was not just an excellent location, but the perfect location! The 5 the for is high enough to get an overview of the entire breach, but not so high that you get dizzy looking down at the beach. The Emerald colored waters were beautiful against the white sand. We were loving it already. The rest of the stay was just as enjoyable. The condo was well-stocked with everything from kitchen-ware to games/books to laundry items and of course beach items. There were a few minor issues such as the toilet paper holding being broken, but we were able to communicate with the owner easily and this didn't hinder the enjoyment of our vacation. The Regency is a great faclity. Security staff were present but didn't make you feel uneasy. The luggage carts were an excellent amenity when unloading and loading an entire families luggage. The walkway to the beach was in good condition and the showers/hoses to wash of the sand were a must! The pool was well maintained and the location under the stairs for leaving your sandy beach items was perfect. When the kids tell you it's the best vacation we've had, you know it was good!

Condo was fine. A bit out dated with decor. Showers are a little tricky. Be prepared to rent chairs. Chairs advertised are rusted and tiny

This is our third time at this specific unit in the Regency. It has become our home away from home. We love everything about it. Highly recommend.

Property was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Large balcony with gorgeous views right on the beach. Our best beach VRBO experience yet!
