Stayed Jun 28, 2026The view from the balcony was spectacular! We even got a good angle to watch fireworks. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was perfect for a couple. We had a great time! Bill, the owner, was also very communicative.

Stayed Mar 11, 2026The view was absolutely stunning! The room is just right for two people. It’s little, but cozy. We were able to walk to several places to eat. The location is great if you don’t want to drive too much. The host was amazing at keeping communication open. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Feb 22, 2026I recently stayed at this beautiful condo on Panama City Beach, and it was the perfect beach getaway. Located right on the water on the second floor, it was just the right height — not too high like a high-rise — and I loved being able to step onto the balcony and see and hear the ocean right there.The condo had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a very comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to those amazing views up and down the beach was unforgettable. The sunsets were stunning, and parking was easy and convenient.Bill was a fantastic host — very attentive and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. I will definitely be coming back!

Stayed Oct 19, 2025Perfect for one or 2 guests, it's like a hotel room with a mini kitchen. Beautiful balcony view. One flight of stairs from parking lot, 2 flights down to the beach. It is pet friendly so be prepared to listen to dogs barking. The room was very clean. Beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants, convenience store, beach store and liquor store within walking distance. It was great!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view or location. Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The ocean sands were right off the property. Th view was perfect from morning to night. The room is just that, a room with a full kitchen and bath. Very clean. If you are planning on cooking in, the desk can suffice as a table. Seating inside and out should be upgraded. Overall perfect for two!
