No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
Pools close at 10 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Quiet time is 10 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please maintain the posted speed limit of 10 mph at all times.
Smoking is allowed on the patio only. NO smoking indoors. Please keep patio doors closed when smoking to prevent smoke/odor from going indoors.

    The location was excellent, on Mallery Street which is only maybe a half mile from the main area of the Southside of SSI. Murphy's Tavern was our main dive bar location and it literally was the first one to come upon. Condo was nice, clean, might of had a slight musty smell according to my girlfriend. Beds are extra soft if that is your liking. Everything worked as advertised. I would rent it again for the cost and location.
