A wonderful place all year long!

Lovely place. While it’s a bit dated, everything felt clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped; had we wanted to cook while we were there, we would have had everything we needed. The DVD collection and games were an added bonus for our family during our snowy visit!

The host was very responsive to any questions. The home was very comfortable and in a great location. We had everything we needed!

Host communication was helpful. Property was just as described, very clean and spacious, convenient to area attractions and restaurants.

Comfortable condo with close proximity to all Traverse City amenities!

Wonderful place to stay. The unit is much larger than the pictures capture.

Easy walk to downtown TC and a quick road trip to everywhere else we wanted to go. Visited Suttons Bay (Hop Lot brewery), Leland (Fishtown), Sleeping Bear Dunes (Esch beach), and wineries along Leelanau Peninsula. The condo was well equipped with amenities. We went to Senior Center beach since Sunset Park beach was closed while we were there. Walked the TART trail every morning. We will be back to the area!

Was a perfect location. Was very nice.

We really only had one day to explore the area but thoroughly enjoyed the drives to Sleeping Bear and Fish town. It was a blessing to be able to cook a meal after days on the road, and the kitchen is beautifully supplied. The condo was very comfortable and truly immaculate. Could have used an extra pillow on the twins, but that’s a minor thing. Thanks.

The condo was perfect for the weekend or even a full week. The kitchen living room and dining area was one very spacious room, which was great for enjoying each others company. Also very well equipped. Master room was big along with the master bathroom. The second room had 2 twins and another bath in hallway. It was super clean and even though it was too cold to go to the beach or sit outside, there was many beach amenities and outdoor chairs for use. I would recommend for family’s or couples to rent. Condo is on first floor so great for 90 year old to walk in and out from. Condo is within walking distance of beach and downtown area. Owners are super nice and easy to contact and quick to respond.

This was a very clean condo, within walking distance to everything downtown. Plus it was right across the street from the water. The condo was cozy, and had absolutely everything. The owners were very responsive. There is nothing I would change. I would stay here again.

My sister and I plus my husband brought our mother to Traverse City for her birthday. Appreciated having the first floor condo. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the place was well-equipped. The only slight negative was the noisy neighbors above us in the 2nd floor condo. Very heavy footsteps, running and dropping things at all hours, even 2am. Have to say it didn’t keep me from sleeping for long though. This is not anything, of course, that the condo owner can fix or have any control over. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here. Great location to all things shopping and restaurants.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for us 3 60ish girls. Ver conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. This was our 2nd time at this location.

Me and three friends (all turning 65 in 2the 024) had a wonderful time. The condo was just as online listing stated. We loved the big open great room. We will be returning.

Surprise birthday celebration - perfect setting!

This is a great condo - we’ve stayed here twice now and had a great experiences.

Overall stay was great. One major drawback was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. Bedroom windows could use curtains as the blinds let in too much light from all the outside lighting. Great proximity to downtown TC. Beach across the road was minimal and dirty. Condo was very clean and well equipped.

We came up for a wedding and the bus was leaving from the Delamar... which was just across the street. Very quiet and roomy to spread out and enjoy. Push button access was great as we had different bedtimes then kids!!! Great time

As a group of 4 adults traveling together this place was great. It was clean, spacious, well stocked, and a convenient location. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. As some reviews state, the upstairs neighbors can be a bit noisy. (You don't hear voices but at times you do hear some loud stomping around.) But it did not negatively impact our stay. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo.

This property was better than advertised. It was roomy for a group of six (plenty of seats to eat with the table and counter/bar seats). Everything was clean and easy to find. The washer/dryer was great because traveling with damp beach towels is not fun. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Directions of where to park and how to access the property were clear and easy to follow. The location was awesome. We could see Lake Michigan from the back door and even walked to the beach nearby. There was a grocery store a couple minutes drive and a wonderful local donut shop.

We could walk almost everywhere downtown. Condo had everything we needed. Loved it.

Very nice place for our girls getaway, walking distance from all the great spots in town. Right across from the beach.
