A Sweet Retreat: 1st Floor Condo, Close to Golf

Beautiful condo,family oriented, comfy & great view of the pond, saw alligator as well… would love to stay again… sorry I forgot to comment in the notebook.. I enjoyed it.. I will recommend family & friends!!Thanks for the great service

It was very clean and the pond view was awesome. Everything including the pool and and restaurants were in close proximity. Sunset beach was also close by. It deserves a 10 star. I have been recommending it to everyone of my friends.

OK. The address numbers are located at the middle bottom of of the third floor walk ways. They are not illuminated and sometimes are covered by trees. The actual building numbers are on signs right in front of the buildings. Usually with cars parked in front of them. Overall it was a great condo. My in-laws live in the same neighborhood. This was super convenient for visiting them and as a base for visiting the whole area. The apartment is a great set up for families. The pool is a short walk away. Easy access to beaches and area entertainment. We would definitely stay there again.

House was alright, somewhat outdated and cleaners could definitely do a better job considering it is part of the rental fee.

The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a beach day. Beach chairs, towels and toys. They even have a steam pot, so we were able to make some crab legs from the comforts of the condo and enjoy the view. We will be returning!!!

We came down for a wedding, and it was a perfect location. The condo was very clean and neat, and the connections were very professional. If we are in the area again, we will try to get this place again.

This place stinks- literally! Smells like mold and mildew. Additionally everything was done on the cheap- the beds are awful- the couch is sagging- the blind are the 1980’s slat type- give me a break

Nice property and location. Only complaint would be dresser in master needs some work, couch getting a bit worn. Kitchen supplies great and great location.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were there on a dark rainy weekend and spent most of the time indoors and felt very comfy hanging out on the sofa. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. And I loved that the towels weren't worn down.

Loved the extra effort that was put into this place. The decoration. Everything was clean. They provided small sample size shampoo, soap, conditioner that was enough for a weekend. Linen, toiler paper, paper towels, silverware/kitchenware all provided. The master drain was clogged and when I reported it someone contacted me same day and resolved. I'd love to stay here again and would recommend.

It was a beautiful condo! Clean, loved the golf course, beautiful beach close by and great restaurants! Loved the stay❤️

It was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch!

My parents’ house and aunt’s condo are in this golf community so I know the area well and have rented several places over the years. Sweet Retreat is in the top 3. Everything looks new and very clean. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful complimentary items. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, Cozy and very clean. Great place to relax and turn off. The view of the pond is as perfect. We loved our stay.

We were in town for a short, 2 night stay for a wedding and this place fit our needs, really just the beds and bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen or laundry. The vertical blinds should really be replaced with blackout curtains, especially in the master bedroom. The light woke me up too early both mornings. Kids said their beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. Very clean, well decorated, & comfortable.

Loved sitting on the lanai watching wildlife including the gators King bed very very comfortable Guest room/full beds sucken in mattress but decor otherwise very welcoming

We love Sunset beach. Gravy is a great place to eat. VASACA surcharge seems excessive.
