A Sunny Seahorse | Gulf View, Community Pool!

Very clean, conveniently located (right on the beach) condo (gated community with security guard, pool and hot tubs) in Galveston, TX.

The elevator only worked part of the time so we had to make my 80 year old walk up and down 3 flights of steps multiple times... the couch the wires had been cut so they didn't recline.. other than that it was perfect great location great balcony and access to the ocean!!

It needs repairs. No curtain/blinds on the full glass door in the Mbdrm so you'll need to dress else where as the RV lot is next door. I had to clean the Mbath sink so it would drain. Numerous other items need to be addressed. We've stayed at this resort 3 other times and never had issues.

Had difficulty checking in as the door code we were given did not work, and some minor projects need done on the unit for sure. But overall it was satisfactory and we had a great time.

We had a great time and the condo did have all that it adviretised however; there were definitely some maintenance issues that could be addressed. 1. Cracked window in master bedroom. 2. Dresser in master bedroom only on 3 legs. 3. One door in shower doesn’t work at all. 4. Screened tire on living room window. It’s better for a consumer that these things are fixed so that they feel confident that they are not gonna get accused of tearing these things up. Other than those things that need addressed we had a great time.

we won't stay again due to many issues including lighting or lack of in kitchen (lights under cabinets in kitchen don't work), layout is super odd as there's a huge closet and ac unit in middle of kitchen. table seats just 2 unless you put in work to make it work for 4 (but unit sleeps 6), entire hole screen in living room window (small child could crawl through the hole), lock to balcony doesn't work (I am not strong enough to open it), there's a crack all the way through the glass in door to bedroom door that is super dangerous, dresser in bedroom missing a leg, NO closets available (except one full of stuff in 2nd bedroom), no TP holder in one of the bathrooms (it's supposedly the master bathroom), door to only shower will not open / slide. Oh and it's a 3rd floor unit and elevator was not working a lot of the time and there was a hole in elevator floor! 1st they patched it, then a better patch both times when we needed to use it. Lastly why didn't VRBO host handle our reservation? instead we had to deal with 2 companies, VTrips and Ryson, how can we avoid this in future?

Kevin is great. Pool’s enjoyable and loved the beach! Maintenance issues . Maintenance man appears without notice ?” Cracked window in door between master bedroom and deck, torn window screen. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Kitchen well stocked and parking convenient!

We are a family of 5 and found this place to be just the space we needed to enjoy the week. Checkin process was very easy! Lots of details communicated ahead of time and the security at check in were very helpful and friendly. The condo itself was exactly as listed. Lots of extras including utensils needed for cooking, wine opener, pizza cutter, scissors, ect. There were plenty of plates, silverware, cups, a coffee pot and ground coffee available for use, also a fridge with filtered water. I would consider upgrading their cooking pans and we supplied extra garbage bags but that’s about it, everything else was great and more than what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! All of the TV’s worked as expected and there were detailed directions to run everything. The two decks were awesome! The heated pool and direct access to the beach with younger children is priceless in my opinion. Along the Seawall where other hotels were, you have to cross the road and it’s SOOO busy. I’m so glad we went with this property for safety and ease of access. It’s also a little further down the road away from all the ‘noise’ of Galveston, which I also appreciated. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The property was clean and just as advertised in the listing. Convenient location and had every amenity for a great beach getaway.
