A spectacular Getaway in the Keys

Great location, clean, and excellent communication! The heated pool was a surprising plus for December! Highly recommend and will book again!

We had a great time at this Condo spending Christmas in the keys. Everything was clean and had everything we needed to prepare some meals while we were there. The game room and pool area were great and the beach area had games too. On Christmas Eve we enjoyed a potluck in the community room with other renters and some owners. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

John is an amazing Host with great communication and quick responses to our questions. The unit was cozy for our short stay, & we slept great on the comfy bed! The Seagulls condos are quiet and well maintained with a Nice heated pool! The area of course is beautiful and I enjoyed watching the sunrises on the beach area at the condo.

Nice and quiet. Pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade. Second time to stay on this property and will stay here again. Just beware that traffic is very busy in the morning around the high school and afternoon when school lets out.

John was a great host and the condo had everything needed. The community was great as well - nice beach, friendly people, nice gym, safe & secure and in a great location!

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our time at John’s condo! The building was well maintained, offered wonderful amenities and had a perfect location within the Upper Keys for us. The marina was close, the area felt safe, and the condo was cozy. It had everything we needed, and we all felt at home and slept well which is always a huge plus when you have two small kids on vacation! We would highly recommend this place, we were able to make some wonderful memories over the last week!

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.

We stayed for 13 days in the Keys. This was a really nice rental property for the two of us. We enjoyed the area and made a trip to Key West. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for us.

This property and cost seemed too good to be true, but it was 100% true. It was a great location especially if looking for a low key, relaxing time away. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was genuine in his communication!

An incredible setting, having a view of the ocean from our balcony was unbeatable! Pool was beautiful, and any time you can view the ocean while in the pool is an absolute win! Communication with our host was impeccable.

My 3 adult children and i had a great time. Great location between Everglades and Key West. Private waterfront property with pool and game room. Lots of wildlife, my girls snorkeled nearby seeing dolphins, nurse sharks, skates, and dozens of colorful fish. Condo was clean and had everything we needed including extra mattress, beach chairs and toys. Great for the price, we would defiantly go back

The location was excellent. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Pool was perfect for the time of year. Loved the game room (had ping pong, board games, puzzles and more). The balcony view was pleasant. The condo was excellent for two people but it accommodates up to 4 by using a sleeper sofa. Kitchen dishes available based on limited cooking and service for 4 (had one 9 x 13 baking dish, pots and pans, a medium mixing bowl, no cookie sheets or pizza pan). If you like to do a lot of cooking/baking you might want to bring a few extra baking dishes. Host was gracious to provide a welcome gift. Host was available for any questions/concerns during stay. We would consider coming back to this location when we are in the area again.

Great amenities. The condo building has a nice gym and a newly updated entertaining area with a large kitchen, game area and living room setup. Pool area is nice and the beach/oceanfront area is amazing. We grilled and dined at sunset several nights and it was to die for. Condo was neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet. Nice views from either side. Pool is well maintained as is the rec room. Was more than expected for the price.

We had everything we needed and they even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival! Very nice property and lots to do there! The host John was very nice and attentive! We will definitely go back next year!

We had a great time at John’s condo. Condo is older but had everything we needed to have a great week. It was close to restaurants and you can watch the Friday night football game at the high school from the balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

The residence was very nice. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. Living room curtains were broken.
