SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

    I would definitely stay here again. Being steps away from the ocean was so relaxing, and we had a screened in porch in the back to enjoy the sound. The beach wasn't white sand, but it was very acceptable and chairs were available. We had fun chilling, walking around, and catching tiny shell crabs. The condo complex grounds, parking lot, and the pool were very clean. Very quiet. Window a/c units in each room. However, if you are the type to want a perfect room, you may be unhappy. I'm sure every condo in the complex is different, but ours had some signs of needing refurbishing (grout, tile, bathroom fixtures,etc). But I will emphasize that I would stay here again since everything else met our needs. Note: you will need a car for this location. It is not walkable to anything.

    They were working on new outside railing all week. The drier did not work.The unit was very clean and well decorated. Nice location !

    I liked that Earl checked to see if we arrived safely. Just a few things needed to be fixed. The living room furniture was really comfortable.

    This property is at the end a stretch of sandy beach with shallow water protected by a break about 500 ft. out. The staff was friendly and kept the property maintained. We did not have a view of the ocean from our unit, but it was a short walk to the beach.

    Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Lots of free parking (and not micro-spaces), a pretty good location, decent fixtures in the unit. Yes, there were a few mosquitos in the unit (no more or less than you will likely find in other rental units on St. Croix), but I left an electric flyswatter/zapper in the unit when I left, so future renters can take care of that!

    Was in good location but had a bad problem with Miskitos and ace didn’t work the best had another group of people staying in another unit that was much nicer and no Miskitos

    Property needs updating in both bathrooms and kitchen, bathroom faucets are sad. Light on tableware and silverware. New furniture is great, very comfortable. Maybe a one step for the master bed. Quite a leap for old short people. W-40 for the sliders.

    the beds where ok the bathroom's are terrible, the white sink is not glued on the lamp in the bedroom is broken,the other bathroom needs to be redone

    The property was great! All the needed amenities, and some extras were available. Beds are very comfortable and the entire property was clean and easy to access. Everything in the condo exceeded our expectations. Seaweed invasion on that side of the island is not ideal but not able to be controlled and certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying the island. Thank you!!

    We stayed here for a dive trip - it was pretty much centrally located to all dives so that was nice - a 15 minute drive to each spot. We rented a car which is 100% necessary for staying at this property as it is not a walkable location— you will have to drive to grocery, restaurants and bars —but we knew that when booking. No big deal for us. 1 minute drive to the grocery store and downtown less than ten minute drive with shops and so much good food! WiFi worked great and I was even able to do some work while there. There was a ton of seaweed at the beach at the property while there, so not able to swim there at all - but of course that isn’t the property owners fault. A quiet location and I slept like a rock with the ice cold AC. There was some snorkeling gear and plenty of extra beach towels.
