A Relaxing Retreat In The Heart Of Carlsbad Village!

It was a fun area. Good access to the community. Close to our son and family. Traffic in San Diego is a little daunting but we got used to it. Loved the rental. Very homey. You are good hosts.

It was right in downtown Carlsbad and we walked everywhere to restaurants, farmers market and the beach. That’s what we wanted. It was a little noisy at night but that is expected if you stay in downtown.

Love , love , love! It was a slice of paradise, perfect location, easy to get around, easy check in and out, very responsive and accommodating! We will for sure be coming back to stay!

Tutu’s place was clean, comfortable and very homey. It was close to downtown and to the beach. I enjoyed all the amenities that were offered. I will definitely be back.

Great location in Carlsbad village. Other than a grocery store, everything you need is within walking distance. Rental could use a few upgrades in terms of furniture, small appliances, TV, etc., but otherwise everything was fine. No A/C in the unit, but in fairness, was not listed as an amenity which I missed.

I loved walking to the beach, to restaurants, to yoga, to shopping, and the train. And I loved coming home to a safe, cozy spot each evening.

We had a great holiday here. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we could walk everywhere and Faye was very friendly and easy to work with. We can only recommend this spot and plan to be back again next year!

I rented this place because I wanted to be in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to everything. So, as far as location, this place is perfect. The owner did an excellent job communicating with me over a glitch with the portable air conditioning unit. Which we got resolved.

Modest accommodation in an ideal location. Short walk to the coast, beach, sunset walks, State Street food and drink. Reserved parking space is a delight, especially during busy times.

Upstairs condo was just the right size for my husband and I to visit friends for graduation celebration. Felt safe, away from the busiest streets, yet very accessible to all we needed, especially to walk the Carlsbad promenade or beach. All kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. The condo itself is older but comfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen was adequate for the cooking we did. The hostess was always available if needed, though we missed meeting her as she was under the weather.

Loved the location, so close to beach, restaurants & shops. The condo was comfortable & cute with just the right amount of beach vibes. Good shower, nice towels. Would definitely visit again!!!
