We offer all the essentials, including linens, towels, beach chairs, and a starter kit. Experience the ideal beach getaway! NO PETS. Complete information and a Rental Agreement are required.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of Beach House #3602 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass is a must you can pick it up at the manager's office in front of the main pool.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present ,and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We DO NOT accept pets on our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check-in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Early check in and/or Late check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

    Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with the items to actually cook. The outside view is incredible! My mom really enjoyed all the puzzles they had.

    Excellent views, comfortable accommodations. I enjoyed the lack of crowds, but the island was far from abanded in late September. Good restaurants, a little shopping, but mostly soaking up the sun and swimming in the gulf! We'll be back.

    Took the family for a much needed short vacation and it was just what we needed. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean, large spacious bedrooms with separate baths, large open living room and kitchen with windows that open to the bay. Outdoor patio to watch the sun rise. Clean walkway to the beach. Kitchen and baths supplied with all needs plus a washing machine and dryer. Private gated parking. Centrally located in a peaceful environment with everything just a short drive in either direction. Would definitely return. Many Thanks!

    This was one of our favorite VRBO stays we have had. This beautifully furnished Condo right on the beach is comfortable and quiet. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with the owner was great. They send you a link that gives you all the info you need for access and a great stay. Each room is perfectly furnished and comfortable. The Kitchen is stocked with all needs for easy meals if needed, but the seafood on the island was always calling us, so it is hard not to eat out. The Balcony looks over the pool, and has an incredible beach and endless ocean view. The Property has beach access and showers to wash off after a long day on the beach. All linens are provided including beach/pool towels. Everything worked in the property and access is easy with an elevator if needed. Parking is gated and private with lots of room to park. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back for sure. These types of properties are what makes VRBO really worth it. Thanks for a great comfortable & relaxing stay.

    Everything about this place was wonderful! I don't even know where to start. The view was amazing, the condo was spotless, beds were comfy, pools were awesome, beach towels were huge, patio was perfect. We had all the feels staying in this beach house condo, it was hard to say goodbye. Highly recommended!!! Can't wait to come back again someday. :) Thank you Rod & Rosa for being great hosts, you have Wisconsin fans!
