Stayed Nov 27, 2024Overall we had a great experience…once we got in the unit. We had one very frustrating glitch. The unit address on all the paper work said “40”. The units were lettered. The office was closed due to the Holiday and we had no way in which to contact anyone. Finally, on a whim, I decided to see if it meant 4th floor unit O. Only there were only 3 floors; we tried unit “O” anyway and it was indeed the right unit. It is not something most would figure out and it was super frustrating standing outside the building with all of our luggage not knowing what to do. After we were inside all was fine. It would have been nice to have a cooling spray or oil at the house to use since the pans were not nonstick. Everything else was great. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence. The view was amazing.
