Loft was very well kept. Location to nearby Silos and Spice Village was great. Overall, I wonderful experience.

This place was wonderful!! Host was very attentive and kind and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is great! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked and it was the perfect accommodation for our weekend. Just FYI, if you are staying over a Friday and Saturday Eve….and plan to be in bed before 2am….theres a bar across the street that plays music extremely loud….if you are a light sleeper….it could be an issue for you. We called management and they filed a noise complaint, but they didn’t adjust the volume and it kept us up until they closed. Management was very apologetic, but it’s the city of Waco’s responsibility to get control of noise ordinance! Still giving a 5 star because the property itself is perfect!!!

We stayed at this condo for a family wedding in town. What stood out? The condo is beautiful with a lovely view and super clean. The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. One thing to know: if you stay on a Friday and Saturday night and want to sleep between the hours of 10pm-2am, this may not be the place for you. Even with the earplugs and white noise fan provided in our rooms, the music from the bar below may keep you awake. The host was excellent with communication regarding this known issue calling in a noise complaint and noting that the city is in the works to move the outside band out of downtown.

Great location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and more! The bar next door was loud until 2am but it was manageable.

Everything was great... water pressure in the condo was not good at all though.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern downtown condo during our daughter’s Baylor orientation. The space was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, making our trip truly enjoyable. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to a family loss. They told us not to worry about a thing, which meant the world during such a difficult time. We’re so grateful for their compassion and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We’re originally from Waco and traveled to see family. This condo was immaculate and really comfortable. The owners were very attentive and helpful when we had questions. The location is great with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great stay! The condo had a great feel and very comfortable. Perfect size for our family. We loved that it was downtown and close to all the sites we wanted to see. The only reason I did 4 stars for location is because it was right next to a bar that was pretty loud till about 3am but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for us because us & our kids use sound machines. They did provide ear plugs so you can tell they were considerate of the guests staying there. Overall we loved it and we would definitely stay here again!

Came in town to celebrate daughters bday and stayed in this amazing loft! It is close to everything we wanted to do!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment felt like home from the moment we stepped in. Its location was perfect for all the things we wanted to see. We will come back$

A long time friend and I visited to explore the Silo’s, Spice World, and Heritage Village. Great trip, excellent accommodations. Highly recommend.
