Stayed Sep 26, 2025The condo was beautifully decorated, peaceful and serene. The kitchen was very well stocked. AC was cold. The bed was comfortable. Spectacular views from the balcony. We enjoyed walking along the bay. Condo and location are true to the pictures. Dave was very quick to answer any questions. We have stayed at the complex several times in the past 7 years, and this condo is our favorite. We plan to return soon.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025Excellent property to stay at. This is our second time using Dave’s condo and 12th time at the Palms. Best unit we have ever rented. Communication with owner is second to none and very accommodating. Book it and enjoy!

Stayed Oct 11, 2020The condo was great and beach parking for golf side was only a block away and sound was just behind condo. Our son enjoyed swimming in the sound.

Stayed Sep 29, 2020The property was great! The property manager answered on the first ring when the app wouldn't open with check-in info. Cable and Internet were intermittent but not fault of owner. Weather was perfect. Stay was Great. Hope we can do it again soon!

Stayed Oct 5, 2020Room was clean and nice. Elevator was broken so we had to drag all of our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. Could not even sit outside on the balcony and enjoy it because the people directly below us on the 2nd floor (I'm assuming they live there?) chain smoked on the balcony from 7am-9pm every day!!! The smoke was so bad we couldn't breathe! Will not stay here again.

Stayed Aug 3, 2020Just as listing suggested. Dave was great to work with. Also a plus was the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Would definitely stay here again.
