    Dated condo hard to cool down in summer. Bedroom windows almost impossible to open - poor design requires 2 people to get even minimum opening.

    This location was ideally situated near many places to eat in Winter Park and all of our excursions in the area. It has a wonderful view of the mountain, walking distance to the gondola, chair lift, Alpine slide, eateries, trails to hike, and easy parking access. We will definitely beback!

    Perfect location. Gondola out your window. Mini mart below. Restaurants a block away. We picked the condo for its proximity to everything. It was clean and exactly as we expected. The air bed for my son took up the whole family room, but did the job. Only complaint was the WiFi was as slow as dialup. We used our phone as hotspot and got by.

    Great location to base of Wtr Park Village! Accommodations perfect for our part of three for a long weekend. Proximity to Gondola was excellent and the balcony view was picture perfect of the mountain! Will be returning here without a doubt! Thanks for a wonderful vacay!!
