Great place, very clean, warm, and welcoming. They had all you need except food. All dishes, utensils supplied. Helpful and friendly management, we will happily stay again. And the Beach was beautiful, we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful beach views watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee never got old. From the ground floor you are steps away from a heated pool, hot tub, and the beach. Our host was very helpful with excellent local knowledge. Our room was clean and well stocked with essentials.

The condo is comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The beach was beautiful!

It was a fabulous week at the beach, waking up having my morning coffee with a beautiful ocean front view is totally the best thing ever. location is great. We ate at flounders twice we went to the adventure park and did the zip line. The kids loved it. The pool is fantastic because it’s not very deep. The small pool is 4 feet so my six and eight year-old kids can still touch the bottom beautiful condo, comfortable beds, hot water for everybody no complains. Will book again

Mary’s communication and friendliness was above perfect. The condo is exactly as described. All beautiful views and very nice and quiet. Definitely will stay here again.!! the pools and hot tub were very clean elevators take a little while because only one was working but no big deal when you’re on vacation it’s just go with the flow

It was great! Location is perfect

Really nice comfortable property in a fabulous location. Older unit but we saw recent upgrades. Gracious host, always promptly answered our questions. She was also responsive to a couple of maintenance notes. In the second bedroom closet we found two beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, a boogieboard, and plenty of sand playtoys. Lots of essential beach equipment. As nice as the beach in front of the condo was, we also highly recommend visiting the remote beaches at Fort Pickens in the Gulf islands National Seashore, a short drive from the condo. Pristine Paradise! This condo and community has something for everyone, from young families to honeymooners to older couples like us. Truly a great beach experience!

We had a wonderful time on the beach and truly appreciated all the extra amenities provided. The coffee was a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was as described, and your timely responses were much appreciated throughout our visit.Thank you also for sending information on your other properties—we’ll definitely be back!

Love Emerald Isle. Second time staying at this location - it’s great and close to restaurants, shopping, and more. Plus great views with a great beach and 2 different pools for our kids.

The views were amazing!!! Communication was fantastic and honestly couldn’t have asked for better instructions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle, however the communication, links and recommendations from Mary Bedard were the best I've ever encountered. There wasn't any guessing about check-in and all the various items/issues you have and if we did have a question she was very quick to respond. She's very good at what she does and it made the stay much easier imo. As far as the room, the view is perfect and the location is ideal....close to everything you would need and via walking. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was nice and clean.the view was amazing! Mary was wonderful and so easy to work with! The ac could be a little better and more elevators on the property would be great, but overall we had a wonderful time! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This has to be our favorite place we have stayed in a while. It is well stocked and super clean. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful. The owner was super easy to communicate with and gave us tons of ideas of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for our family of four, although there is room for more. Classic beach theme decor and comfortable. View is stunning, right on the beach, and close enough to walk to restaurants, if you're a walker. There are even a view well-reviewed restaurants directly across the street. Kitchen had everything we needed, even extra foil and nonstick spray. Highly unusual for a condo! We brought our own, but it was nice to know there were plenty of extras, if needed. Mary was highly communicative, responsive, and such a joy to work with!! Felt like we were being hosted by family!! (Actually probably better :) )

The rental was gorgeous and SO conveniently located for beach bars. Mary was extremely helpful and attentive to us.

Amazing view! The beds were the most comfortable I have EVER slept on!! The communication was top par!! We were right on the gulf with everything we could need in the condo. I will never stay anywhere else again!!

We had a great stay in this 9th floor Emerald Isle condo. Everything was as described and Mary was awesome communicating with us to answer questions and provide the access info. The condo was clean and well-stocked and the view of the beach and gulf was great. Some good and fun restaurants close by and the view of the bay to the north from the entry hallway was an added bonus. This was exactly what we were looking for and we definitely recommend it.

This place met all of my expectations. It looked just like the pictures and was beautiful! The condo was clean and Mary was a great communicator and host! I would definitely recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our week at the beach and this property fit all of our needs. We especially enjoy being only an elevator ride away from the pool and beach!

My husband and I stayed in this condo to celebrate his 50th birthday. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Mary (host) was very communicative and helpful. She gave us great suggestions on pretty much everything! Sandy (housekeeper) went above and beyond by baking a delicious cake for my husband's birthday and putting up a birthday banner! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Place was as advertised

The condo was great. Great view of beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub there as well. We had a problem with tv and shower and they came quickly and fixed it.

Perfect vacation! We had the best time with our stay here. Drive overnight from MI and able to get early check-in. Mary was the best host and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again. Association,10 kids and 13 parents.

We’ve stayed at multiple locations (Portofino, condo closer to Peg Leg Pete’s) and Emerald Isle was by far the best. The heated pool and hot tub allowed us to spend time in the water. The proximity to the beach meant we could spend all day on the sand and still go back and forth between the condo and beach. The location of the building allowed us to easily walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, and anywhere else. Mary was the most helpful human we’ve encountered on all of our travels-anywhere! She is full of knowledge of the area and was always quick to reply and went above and beyond for our stay. Next time we come back to PB, we’ll certainly contact Mary and see which properties suit our needs.

The owners are amazing. Communication was great. They even gave us events going on in the area because of New Years Eve. The Condo was perfect for our family of 5 with small kids. Location was ideal to shops, restaurants, and thr beach. .

Good service nice location. Have any time visit Naval Air Museum and Fort Pickens.

Stayed here during Washington High School 50th Reunion. Convenient to reunion site and local shops and restaurants.

The condo was very convenient to restaurants, but still peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. Beautiful views. Chair/umbrella service very convenient since we flew.

Mary was great and very communicative with quick to respond with any questions we had. Condo had a great view of the beach and set up chairs and umbrella included was a huge plus.

This is our second trip to Pensacola and stayed in the same place! We love it!

Property and location were awesome. Can walk everywhere. Condo was exactly as pictured. Plenty of extra of everything which was sooo nice! Tp, Kleenex, garbage bags, so nice. Our entrance code didn’t work the entire time we were there but Mary and Jeff were quick to get us a temp code. I liked the security measures here. We had a nice vacay, even through the jellyfish! (No stings!) Couldn’t ask for better communication from the owner. Thanks!
