Stayed Jun 9, 2024Location was great, right on the beach. Security guys we interacted with were super. They were nice and helpful and friendly. The unit itself was a bit dated. I would suggest they put something down on the carpet in bedroom to bathroom. We put a towel down to prevent stepping on the tack strip, really hurts the feet. Adequate kitchen although the stove could use new burner covers that fit to prevent everything running to one side of the pans. Ice machine was great, more than kept up with our needs. View was spectacular! We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We have stayed at this complex before (on the 11th floor) and it was much more up to date and cleaner. This unit could use updated kitchen and bathroom cabinets and updated shower doors. The livingroom tv is very small and the doors of the armoire in the bedroom wouldn't stay open in order to see the television. The balcony was spacious and nice. The pool was nice and the proximity from the condo to the beach was ideal.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Took a short trip to PCB. Property was well maintained and managed. Our condo had oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. We will book again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The view is fantastic. The unit was clean, free of mold, and as described. The beach is great - that is what we went for - clean sand, clear water, and not crowded. The amenities were also as described. The management was very responsive. We are giving this five stars. The management took care of for things WHICH ARE NOT in the owner's or management control: While we were there, one of the elevators required repairs which were handled rapidly.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We stay here twice a year, usually in a different condo. This condo needs some updating. The tv in the bedroom is smaller than a computer monitor. The tv in the living room area isn’t centered with the furniture, not sure how you’re supposed to watch it, and it’s also the size of a computer monitor. The floors need to be deep cleaned, they were especially dirty in the kitchen. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the bedding was lacking. I understand it’s a rental, but the comforter was not much thicker than the sheet. Usually, I don’t have anything bad to say, but this condo needs some attention, in the cleanliness area. I did not contact the rental company as we were only there a few nights and these are things that can’t be quickly remediated.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024The property management company was great and easy to communicate with. My toilet was leaking and they had someone come out immediately. I absolutely loved where the Commadore is located.
