Welcome to Islander East, a beachfront studio condo located on the 9th floor with private balcony and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico! Resort pool access, tennis courts and private beach walkover available, so you are just steps from the sand and endless hours of fun in the sun.

This cute coastal condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed from which you can see the water and a murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Updated and fully stocked compact kitchen with dishwasher and granite countertops, everything you need to make meals. Lovely bathroom includes new beautiful, tiled shower.

Enjoy the private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach and a lovely Gulf breeze; the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage to unwind and watch the sunset. Please note, pets are not allowed. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, fees apply.
Need more space This unit is connected to the condo next door with an indoor passage door that can be accessed if both units are booked together!
Conveniently located on the East End and close to many local attractions, restaurants and more, but still enough out of the way from the hustle and bustle of town.
• Stewarts Beach, where chairs, umbrellas, food and bathrooms are available is only 1.5 miles away
• Beautiful, historic Bishops Palace is 2 miles on Broadway, where tours are available.
• The historic downtown Strand district where shopping, dining, carriage rides and strolling are enjoyed is 3 miles away.
• The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park is 3 miles.
• Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 8 miles down the island.

Parking permits are required and limit of two vehicles. You will register your vehicle with the front desk (7:00Am-11:00PM only) at Islander East Resort where they will provide the permit(s), along with access codes for the pool, and we will provide information with your check-in instructions before arrival.

HOUSE RULES:

- Starter set of paper (toilet paper, paper towels) and plastic (trash bags) included
- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
- This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
- 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
- A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
- For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
- NO pets allowed
- Minimum age to book is 25
- Pack Play and Highchairs are available for rent - $40 each + tax
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
- There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final sweep of the home before you depart.

    We truly enjoyed our time in Galveston! The property’s location right on the beach made for beautiful views and easy access to the sand. While the space was a bit smaller than we imagined, it was still cozy and comfortable. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, and we would happily stay here again.

    The location would normally be wonderful. We were looking forward to soaking up some sun on the balcony. The weekend turned out to be rainy most of the time. The ninth floor rooms do not have a covering so we were limited on the amount of time we could sit on the balcony. Nothing that could have been foreseen or averted...just unfortunate. Condo was well laid out and as advertised.

    Cute little getaway. Room was perfect for two people. They had essentials like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, salt and pepper. You do have to check in with the front lobby to register your car and read all the rules but they were extremely nice. They had beach chairs but you have to have your own beach towels. The beaches were empty but we went during the off season. The only cons were they were doing construction. We heard hammering around 7 am. Also they had a meeting near the elevator which was very awkward. Overall, it was a peaceful weekend.

    This condo is in a great location! Ocean front, outside the hustle and bustle of the Seawall, more private beaches, yet around the corner from everything. It was a great weekend get away where we could enjoy the Galveston fun but when we were ready for a slower pace, we went back to the condo where it was more still and quiet. Perfect!

    The room is nice and has pretty much everything a couple would need for a getaway. If I had a complaint it would be the 10am checkout time. For the money paid , id feel more like i got my moneys worth with a later checkout. Especially since you can't check in until 4pm . But overall it was a very nice place.
