Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location. Clean unit. Wonderful view from deck. Amenities like shampoo and shower gel in bathrooms were wonderful touch. Pull string on guest bedroom ceiling fan missing, so could not adjust fan speed. Master bathroom light switch has a short so light flickers and sometimes doesn’t turn on. We had to fix the master bedroom ceiling fan so lights would turn off and on. Beds felt old and broke down. Not very comfortable. Back door does not close properly or lock. Overall nice clean unit.

Our old dog loved the carpeted floor and balcony for looking out at the world. The beach is spectacular. The smaller bedroom was not awesome, as there are lights on the walkway that shine into the room all night, people walk by the windows (can be loud late at night) and the airflow was limited. We solved that problem by moving the mattress into the living area to sleep at night. We all got excellent views and great sleeping!

Again, this place provided us with everything we needed for a fun long weekend. Peaceful, clean great views, great location. Loved starting my day with my cup of coffee on the back deck. Chilly but with a blanket it was perfect. We can hardly wait to return for a 5th visit!

This condo is our favorite so far! It is very clean, accommodating, stylish, and you can’t beat the view!!! Two adults, an elderly woman who uses a walker, a teenager, and a dog had a plenty space there and everyone felt very comfortable.:) We’ll be back!

Some railing construction/ upgrades going on, so it was a bit noisy but not for hours on end. With a young one, took care around the construction activity. Enjoyed reserving the public bbq and holding a big family dinner outside by the pool. Tap water not cold.

The sofa could use a febreeze spray down. No shower bar soap only tiny bottle of shower soap. Plenty of dishes. Loved the balcony to read. Beware construction. They are doing major overhauls of buildings and it can be loud and they start at 8:00 a.m. if you aren't an early riser.
