Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo located on the 8th floor of Sugar Top offering amazing views of Sugar Mountain slopes and mountain views. A corner unit within close proximity to the elevator.

The owner have spared no expense in making this mountain modern condo one that will afford you all the comforts of home. Each room is tastefully decorated and has flat screen TVs, polished tile through-out. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Open concept kitchen is bright and roomy with all stainless steel appliances. Washer and Dryer in unit.

All guests have access to the amenities at Sugar Top: large indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and weight room.

Absolutely No Smoking - No Pets - Minimum 3 night stay

There is a parking shuttle that is operated by Sugar Top. Please note that RRR has no control over the shuttle. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is well-located and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for four people. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, but adding dish soap and hand soap in both bathrooms would be a thoughtful improvement.The building is situated at the top of a mountain, consisting of two connected structures with only one main entrance. Reaching the condo requires a bit of a walk, which might not be ideal for everyone.One significant drawback for us was the reliance on the shuttle service. The “shuttle” is essentially a large Suburban that transports guests from the parking lot to the building entrance. While the distance is short, the steep and often icy hill made walking unsafe, especially with two young children. Unfortunately, the shuttle service felt cumbersome — we often had to wait due to high demand, which was frustrating.Overall, while the condo itself was comfortable and well-suited for a group of four, the parking and shuttle logistics would make us hesitant to stay here again.
