851 Cinnamon Beach | Pet-Friendly Condo with Balcony Dining + Ocean Views

We have stayed at this complex before but not this unit. The views are lovely and the pools are very nice. The beach is great for walking and is pet friendly. This unit is less expensive than some others and is getting dated. The sofa is a bit worn. The kitchen sink had a bucket under the drain because it was leaking. The TVs are older and small. Most units have smart TVs now -- these were just cable. The frying pans were in really poor condition -- so if you want to cook you may be disappointed. The ice machine was a solid block of ice. We had to remove it to get the ice machine working again. The photos show more furniture on the porch than exists now. I think there were only three chairs for the table and the two rockers. One of the toilets would run if you didn't jiggle the handle. That said -- it is a cheaper unit and it was pretty clean. If you want to save a few buck and stay at a nice complex -- this could be a good place. The elevator in the building seems to be getting finicky. It stopped working when we were there. They came and got it running -- but anytime you held the elevator it got a little wonky. Also be aware that they remotely lock the doors precisely at checkout time. We tried to go back inside to get our purse and cell phone at 10:01 and we couldn't get back in. We had to call to remotely let us in which they did reluctantly.

Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The view was AMAZING, and the property is taken care of. We were very comfortable and will recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed the balcony and view. Comfortable beds but sofa is worn out! Very small TV in armoire made viewing difficult.We needed to contact the management several times to repair broken lamp, towel bar, smoke detector and entrance lock. Guests should not have to deal with these issues.

The Property has amazing views as it overlooks the Ocean. The layout was great. I had a couple topics to discuss with the Palm Coast Staff, and they were very polite, professional and accommodating. We will be back at this same place again soon!

Everything was good !! Broken elevator for 8 days after the hurricane went through was rough but we survived !! A couple bad appliances and they were replaced very quickly It’s our second visit to this area .. we enjoy it Location is fantastic Great restaurants Shopping Pools are great We really enjoy this property We will be back Regards The Dyers

The property not really clean when we arrived. The furniture smelled and did not feel clean. Safety issue in large bathroom. The walk in shower is nice; HOWEVER there is no safety bar in the shower stall. The toilets did not flush well, had to flush several times. One of the dogs had an accident on the carpet and we were charged extra even though we paid the pet deposit. I was notified that there were feces on the sofa, but that is incorrect. The spot indicated is where some one in our group threw up. We got some Woollike Carpet and upholstery cleaner and cleaned the areas several times. The unit needs updating (remove carpet and install LVP would be more efficient and cost effective. Also there was no seating in the king bedroom. On a good note the balcony was awesome. We spent every morning watching the sun rise and set, and listened to the ocean. The landscape was well kept and pretty.

Great beachfront location, good view of the ocean easy walk to the pool. The unit itself was overall good condition but could use some updating. There is only one towel washcloth and towel per person and they were thread there. There were a couple broken items that we noticed when we checked in and we let the owners know hopefully they’ll be able to take care of it.

Great location and amenities. The condo itself had some issues. I would stay in the area again but different unit.

everything was good . Not sure if it is VRBO, VTrips or the cleaning company but there were scant supplies for four people for 7 days, Three toilet paper rolls, no extra, one paper towel, 3 garbage bags, no soap for the bathrooms, three dishwasher tabs. Also, just two suggestions: Upgrade the bedding. The sheets were a little scratchy. Maybe a fan on the balcony. Had a little trouble getting past the gate but once we got it straightened around all was great.
