Modern and spacious home in Magic Village, Kissimmee, just 8 minutes from Disney. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, with gas-heated water throughout the house, so ten guests can get ready in the morning without waiting in line.

Sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with an open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking between park days. Free parking on site.

SeaWorld, Universal and the Convention Center are minutes away.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Our cleaning team arrives at 10:00 AM sharp to prepare the home for the next guests, so we are not able to extend check-out. If you need extra time, message us before your last day and we will tell you whether a late check-out is possible - it depends entirely on the next booking.

EXTRAS AND FEES
Resort facilities - pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis and beach volleyball courts and kids playroom - are optional and not included in your booking. Magic Village charges $100 per day for the whole home, paid at the resort front desk (daily, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

Grill: available on request for a one-time fee of $81. A propane tank is included and refilled as needed during your stay.

Housekeeping: the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels ready for you.

We leave a starter supply of essentials to get you through the first day. There is a supermarket a few minutes away for anything else you need during your stay.

All 4 bedrooms are suites with their own private bathroom, plus a half bath on the first floor. Sleeps 10.

THE SPACE

Central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and an open living area with a flat-screen TV. Hot water is gas-heated across the house, so ten guests can shower one after another in the morning.

Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, with a TV in every bedroom - and the Wi-Fi covers the entire resort, not just the house, so you stay connected in the common areas too. Bath, face and bed towels, hairdryers, iron and ironing board provided. Portable crib and high chair free upon request. Private access code for each guest.
GUEST ACCESS

You have the entire townhome to yourself, with free parking on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the resort. There are no shared spaces and no host on site - a private access code lets you check in on your own, at any time.

RESORT FACILITIES - OPTIONAL, PAID DIRECTLY TO MAGIC VILLAGE

Access to the resort facilities is not included in your booking. Magic Village charges $100 per day for the whole home, covering everyone in your party:

- Tennis court
- Beach volleyball court
- Kids playroom

To use them, go to the front desk on the day you want access (open daily, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) to pay and collect a wristband for each guest. This fee is charged by the resort, not by us, and it is entirely optional - your stay does not depend on it.
We are not on site, but we are available throughout your stay. Message us through the Airbnb app at any time and we will get back to you quickly. We also have a local team in Kissimmee, so if anything in the house needs attention, someone can be there the same day.

Before you arrive, we will send everything you need for a smooth check-in: your private access code, directions and gate details. You are free to come and go on your own schedule, with no keys to pick up or return.
