Clean and easy to get to

Very nice, solidly built house with Mountain Views. Comfortable beds and very close to town - dining shops etc. The TV on the main level is mounted WAY too high (like by about 3 ft) making that space unusable for TV watching IMO - for our family we used the downstairs TV area instead and it worked out just fine, but if someone was counting on having two tv family spaces, it would be problematic Could also use a refresh of the pot/ pan situation as some are very scratched.

Lovely townhome perfectly located in Breckenridge. We stayed with our two boys and having a separate den for them to hang out on the first floor separate from adults was an added perk. We had a few modem issues during our stay and they were quickly resolved. Communication with the owners was amazingly prompt and helpful. The townhome itself could use a little updating but overall fully functional and what we needed.

We love the ski in/ski out.

Perfect place for a two family stay. My wife, 9 y/o son, and I stayed with our friends (husband, wife and two teenagers). This was a perfect spot. Each family had their own private space due to the layout. Very easy walk to the Beaver Run lift. Ski-in/ski-out should be taken quite literally though....not conducive to snowboarders (re: end of snowflake run/snowflake lift). Very flat and moguled. That didn't matter because it was very easy to walk to snowflake lift or even Beaver run lift.Overall, from the communication with property management, convenient location, and cozy accommodations...we will be back for sure. Note: the pictures of the kitchen show a Keurig in one photo and a regular coffee pot in another. There is no Keurig...just fyi before you go to the market and stock up on K-cups before arrival like we did :)

From the minute we pulled up to the Vrbo to the minute we left it was all good. The cleanliness, kitchen utensils and pans, the spaces and the proximity to town were what we hoped for… can’t wait to come back!

Property was as described--its dated and so is furniture. and the location to ski down to the lift is perfect --short --half block walk. Beautiful location. Walking into town is downhill, uphill back..about a mile. Bus route is close. PILLOWS were TERRIBLE. hard and meant for back sleepers only. There should be a variety of options with 6 bed options available. Bring your own. Check in was delayed due to wrong codes given to us. BUT response was quick from team. We were there in time to check in during business hours.

Was a great experience it was super nice and clean, we were disappointed with the jacuzzi as the jets did not work properly, the air vents were siliconed in. However the over all experience was amazing and will definitely rent again in the future!

Our family had an amazing time in Breckenridge in August. We visit every year in the winter for skiing and this was our first time in the summer. There were so many activities to do. The weather was perfect. Our rental was in a great location to walk to Main Street, to hike and bike nearby trails and enjoy nature. The house had plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed having the extra family room with a TV downstairs for the kids. The house was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed.

Fantastic stay. 2 minute car ride or a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Location was perfect for us. 15 hour overnight drive from Chicago to Breckenridge was a bit exhausting. Arrived in Denver early and we were looking for something to do to kill time until check in. Late morning received an email giving us the ability to check in early. Extremely grateful for that opportunity. Upon arrival, immediately hit the bed for a quick nap. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm due to direct sunlight and no shade on the window above the lower shaded window. Easy fix. Opened window and placed fan on ledge. Bedrooms downstairs are between 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Plenty of space in main living area. Kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space as well. Highly recommend opening up a few windows overnight to cool off main living area and upstairs bedroom. Close windows and shades in morning to keep it cool during the day. Overall fantastic stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of bathrooms. Great amenities. Didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but will next time.
