7th floor Sundunes Condo in Navarre, Florida on the beach with beautiful views!

Condo had everything needed and was very clean. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and be very pleased with this unit. Great beach view!

Great location. Small but okay. Kitchen had all needed items. Bathroom is in need of updating. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. We have stayed in multiple places in Navarre directly on beach but we would not choose to stay here again. Just not for us.

We really enjoyed the condo. Beautiful place and view. Little things matter, like the shelving unit by the fridge and by sinks in the bathrooms. We've stayed at Sundunes 5 times, this was the best unit we've stayed in. We look forward to booking again. Great and helpful host!

By far the best condo we have had at the beach. Perfect size for my husband and self. Comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, loved the chairs on the balcony. The East facing window let morning sun in, without having the afternoon heat warm the room. Its everything the owners describe in the rental description.

Super clean condo. Comfy furniture. AC works amazing. Fast response from host. Well stocked kitchen. Condo rental included beach chairs and floats as well as towels for those who require. We will most definitely book again.

Stay was wonderful! Condo was cozy, 7 floor was perfect! View was amazing as was the beach. Beach was never crowded could always find a spot up front even when we didnt go out till 11am! Great memorues were made!

The condo is well-decorated, nice views, comfortable beds and deck furniture. It's smaller than where we usually stay, but it was fine for the four of us. Our extended family rented the house next door to us, so we were able to see them from our east-facing windows in the living room. The weather was perfect and the water clear and calm all week. We spotted many dolphins from the 7th floor. I would return to this condo.

This condo was nice and clean, and set up like home. We had everything we needed to cook meals. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and cart to take it all down to the beach too. The location was spectacular! Seeing the Gulf and the Sound from the condo was extra special especially at night. Nice pool not crowded. Beach was not crowded like down by the pier. Must see Navarre Beach Turtle Conservation Center and visit Sweet Pea, and the Pier. Saw dolphins and sea turtles right off the pier. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We absolutely loved it!

Loved the views from the condo. Great balcony furniture!We had extra teens show up and were delighted to discover the sofa bed. Management approval was great.

This condo is the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony to view the gulf. The ease of access to the beach was a major plus, it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. My favorite part was having coffee readily available because I love having coffee in the mornings.

My family of four had a great stay. Condo was super clean and included all the necessities needed. Had a great view and beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This is a wonderful condo in a perfect location! On arrival, I was blown away by the cleanliness of the unit. It’s also incredibly well stocked with kitchen/cooking supplies, beach chairs and toys and a gorgeous view. If you’re looking for a beautiful and uncrowded beach vacation spot, this is it!

My daughter and her husband stayed for their honeymoon and it was perfect! The condo was clean and the view was beautiful! The personal touches with rose petals on the bed were so special!Communication with the owners was outstanding! Would definitely book with them again!

The condo was the perfect size for myself and two teenagers. It had a very homey vibe which I loved. Kitchen was fully applianced with pans and utensils galore. My only suggestion would be a ramp without steps. Hauling my gear across the sand was very difficult even with a wagon.

This place is great! Very clean and the hosts have taken care to provide all that would be needed from towels and beach supplies to shampoo and soap and all kitchen essentials. No huge list of things to do upon checkout either. Great communication as well. Everything went smoothly.

Beautiful condo with lots of perfect views of the beach from the living room. I really like the easy access to the beach and pool. Very clean with plenty of towels and bed linens. Bed is on the soft side yet comfortable.

Joe was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped. Mgmt had a leaky water nozzle to spray your feet when returning from the beach. Joe took care of it immediately. Great property on the beach and the town was lovely. Kerry M

Not our first time in SunDunes. We even remember watching it be built. Unit 171 was perfect. We'll be back.

Loved the balcony!! Great view and uncrowded beach!!! Comfortable furniture. Everything was satisfactory except the lights were all out except for one in the walkway to the condo door. Very dark at night.

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and we had a good stay during our time here. Condo owners answered any questions asked before our stay. The beach and ocean was wonderful,very family oriented and not over crowded. The only negative thing was the pool at the condo facility was closed because it was not up to the legal code, for health and safety reasons and we were not able to use it.

This condo was exactly as listed. The views of the gulf were beautiful and you are right there on the beach. Just a couple steps away. The condo was great! Super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. We only needed to go shopping to get food. Everything else was provided. Extra towels, pillows, pool and beach items, coffee maker, kitchen equipment. It was all there! It was a wonderful stay and the hosts are great! We will be back for sure to stay again!
