7th Floor Lovely Condo w/ Outdoor Pool Heated Seasonally, On The Beach

Check-in process was easy and straightforward. We went after spring break and the facility was super quiet. Everything was clean and well organized.

We were not able to adjust the air. Some evenings it would be 82 in the condo. There was no one to contact for help, no numbers or instructions for anything. The door wouldn’t work properly either. It would take 6 to 7 tries to open the door, we finally just left it unlocked during our stay. It was a beautiful place to stay. They just need to leave contact information. If we would have been locked out, I’m not sure what we would have done.

We loved the location and the unit.There was no welcome package when we arrived. We messaged the property management, but never received a reply. Thankfully, we were able to request a parking pass and bracelets from the office downstairs. Also, the AC was having issues which we alerted the management team to this as well.

Perfect location and condo for family! Highly recommend!

Great time at Navarre Beach, Summerwind Condo was great, clean and plenty of room for our family.

We loved the location and the condo. But getting in the door was extremely difficult the entire stay. Code only worked half the time, the knob actually fell off at one point, and maintenance had no fixes for us. We fought it every time we came and went.

Beautiful condo and a great location. Absolutely love Navarre. Arrival was rough. Code to the door didn’t work as it should. We stood outside waiting for a code that would actually work. Turns out the lock isn’t working properly. You have to put the code in, pull the door towards you, and flip the lock all at the same time. Oven was dirty, warmed it up to cook a pizza and the smoke detectors went off as something was left in the bottom of the oven. Toaster wasn’t working as it should and only one side would toast at all. Master bath was not clean. Mold spots on the shower curtain liner and the caulking was moldy. (Same for the other bathroom). Outside patio furniture was filthy. Had to use our beach towels to sit in the chairs. Oh and the sheets do not fit the bed in the main bedroom. You sit on the side of the bed (very gently) and they pop off the corner. Makes for a long night…. Beds were comfy though. We made the best of it and I have seen worse but for the money this condo was definitely not worth it. I hope the owners see this and investigate.

This condo was just ok. Needs some updates and to be cleaned better. Door lock was really difficult. Hot tub was as warm as the pool so that was a bit disappointing. Location was great. Within walking distance to the Turtle Conservation Center, restaurants, and the pier. View from the balcony was lovely, we saw dolpins every morning.

main problem was the door lock, Code did not work. We were finally able to get into our room. Management said they would send someone the next day to look at it, but never did as far as I know. Once we were able to open the door it did not lock, would just open without a code.
