Front of house staff was very unpleasant

The view and the room were great, even with minor things needing repair. Pool and hot tubs were not open during our stay, which was not communicated to us beforehand, so that was super disappointing.

We love Breck and love staying at this Marriott. Thank you for making this possible!

Loved our view from our room's balcony! Excellent location. A bit of lag time hearing from our host. The room had a broken drawer in the kitchen and the soap pump in the bathroom was empty. It was a lovely stay and we will book again!

Shopping and restaurants were within easy walking distance.

Good location close to food and shopping in town. Parking garage was nice, but was two buildings away from our unit. Unit was pretty clean but could use some repairs and upgrades. Some cabinet drawers wouldn't stay closed. We couldn't get the microwave to work. Bathtub had some pretty severe stains. A better shower curtain or door would help keep the bathroom floor dry. Shower water pressure was great but almost too much for the type of shower head installed (sprays really hard and deflected water gotta everywhere). It stayed pretty hot inside at night without a/c during our stay in on late July. Kitchen could be better stocked (e.g., a spatula, more utensils, more than two bowls, cooking spray, etc.) The facility/complex was pretty nice but a step down from most Marriotts. The hallway on our floor smelled funny. Pretty good outdoor pool for a hotel above 9,000 ft elevation (could have been warmer). The ownership arrangement is kind of odd. Your check in at the Marriott front desk but they make a point of saying you need to contact them unit owner if you have any issues. But it's not immediately clear how to contact the owner.

The lobby staff was super friendly and helpful and they all had a great attitude.

The property has a great location in Breck. However, the floor was filthy and there were food crumbs on the counter. Some things within the unit itself could use fixing; broken drawer, cabinet door…The Marriott is a nice place but I would not recommend this particular unit.

Check-in and parking was a real hassle. Would not stay there again because of that. The condo itself was nice and clean. Nice view! Close to town.

The unit's location is ideal, as it is next to the bottom lift on Peak 9. It also has gorgeous views. The unit was well-stocked and cleaned, and the online pictures were accurate.

Location great, clean, comfortable

Host communicated well. Locations is central and perfect. Room is a lil outdated with some wear and tear and a few things not working but it was clean and comfortable. Resort is accommodating and not too crowded, and not loud.

The location was perfect for ski in ski out!The 4 season pool & jacuzzi were value-added, and the view....amazing ....points: 100 out of 10 :))For the room...cleanness, and amenities for 3 adults...points 10 out of 10! For communication, checking in, owner kidness and professionalism....points 100 out of 10:))We will be back!

Great stay. Awesome and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend new toaster( wouldn’t stay down and had to hold the handle down) but all other accommodation were awesome

By far the best customer service at the front desk I have EVER had. Wow. Super organized and efficient. Great way to start the trip. Room was as advertised. Amenities were top notch. Great fitness center and activity room. I used everything and it was all in good shape. Very happy and would stay again.

This location is perfectly placed near the learning area for anyone coming to Breck for the first time and looking to take lessons. The room itself was perfect for what we needed, beautiful balcony and overall a great ambiance. Bathroom shower could be better kept, but outside of that it was perfect. If you stay here and plan to rent ski gear, make sure to rent from Charter Sports in the same building!

This location is the best for skiing (right by the Quicksilver lift) and walking into town. There’s convenient, heated underground parking. You can park & not need your car which is great because public parking in Breckenridge is limited. The amenities for families are great! My son enjoyed the kids’ activities room. The room was clean & had everything we needed.

We were in town for a race off of peak 10 and the Marriott couldn’t be better situated. The staff was available to check us in after midnight and the proximity to town is also excellent.

Great location but the property is a little

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were nice and the view was beautiful, but the best part was the location. We could walk to so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.
