7 Mile Beach Oceanview fully renovated 2BR 2BA condo Sunset Cove No resort fees

This property was absolutely amazing. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! Check in was super easy and the owners provided easy to follow instructions and an amazing list of things to do! Highly recommend!

Our host thought of everything and we very reachable throughout the duration of our time there.

This was a gem. We absolutely loved everything about this condo. Very clean and just steps away from the pool and beach. Very safe area and lots to do and see. Owners were fast to respond and very kind. We will come back here.

Staying at Sunset Cove is the best! The enclosed swimming cove is just great for the kids, and then just outside of it we saw turtles, and lots of fish. The pool is great, and the the swim up bar/restaurant is so fun. Close to Peppers, and XQs, a 5 min public bus ride to downtown Georgetown make it an excellent location.

Immaculate, well stocked condo with lots of extras. Owner is extremely responsive. Location is excellent… great beach, pool with swim up bar. Staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Extensive notes to help you out with ANY thing you may need. Loved our stay

My family of four had a great visit to Grand Cayman at Sunset Cove. Although it was spring break and I assume the condos were all full, we never felt that the pool or beach were crowded. The private beach was awesome. We loved the location in that it was easy to get to stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and out to our excursions. The condo was very clean comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch for coffee or dinner, with the ocean view.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It is a place where there is not a lot of tourist. It felt like it was a small community. With that being said, if you are looking to be catered to every moment of the day, this may not be the place for you. The adjacent buildings,”Old treasure island”is an abandoned building and looks a mess, which scared us at first. The good thing is, it looks as if the contractor is about to get started demolishing it and getting ready to rebuild. Communication with homeowner was amazing. They are very informative before and during our stay. We ate out every night, and there are not any 3-5 star restaurants in walking distance (.3-.5miles), Most of the restaurants close by are, bar like, atmospheres. Peppers was our favorite within walking distance. We took taxis to all the other restaurants (15-25 US dollars) each way. Casa Nova was by far out favorite restaurant. We took the public bus to Foster’s, the grocery store. It’s only 2.25 per person. We liked the Camana Bay Area where the shops and restaurants were. It was very clean and had new retail. The condo was very clean and supplied with just about everything that could be thought of. Everything is labeled and well organized. It’s not oceanfront, but has a great view of the ocean and pool area. Privacy on the back porch is limited, if there is a lot of morning activity. The beach area was not over crowded and no problems finding umbrellas. Couldn’t walk down the beach because the sand is too soft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove Resort! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had no issues in accessing entry into our unit for our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and extremely accommodating, with all of necessary supplies, including pool floats, snorkeling gear and beach/pool towels. The amenities of of the resort is extremely nice, especially the spacious pool, bar, restaurant and beach area. We spent a considerable amount of time at the designated beach area and private cove. This cove was a great snorkeling area where we saw lots of fish in and around the rock groins around the cove. The location of the condo is centrally located on Seven mile beach, with several nice restaurants within walking distance and Camana Bay shopping area is only a short taxi ride away. We also greatly appreciated the owners of the condo, as they were very friendly, quick to respond to questions, provided very detailed instructions on the condo and guidelines for exploring the island. This information was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay immensely and we plan to return in the near future, with the intentions to stay here.

Beautiful location and condo was equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Host provided a lot of good info and recommendations on things to do and places to eat on the island. Loved that Sunset Cove has the pool, green area, beach, and breakwater.

Great location- Condo had every amenity. We enjoyed cooking meals but also there were plenty of restaurants to walk to. The beach was great and also enjoyed the pool, swim up bar and hot tub. I especially enjoyed the yoga studio that was in the plaza next door - ONE HEART.

We had an amazing stay at the condo. The hosts were very responsive and even replaced a faulty coffee maker immediately once we notified them of the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

The beach and pool area was amazing. The location was great. We walked to Camana Bay and other restaurants that were local. The supermarket was also walking distance.

I was emailed that we could check in at 12 noon unfortunately the cleaning staff was still advised to come back at 3 pm cleaning staff still cleaning we were able to get in at 3:30 and left our bags and went to pool to wait a little longer Plane reservations were made to a 12 noon checkinOur stay after that was great

Kheng’s property is perfect for a long weekend getaway! Close to everything, convenient pool and beach access, well-labelled condo and an excellent swim up pool bar to boot! This is our second time staying there and it’s where we intend to stay every time we visit Cayman if we can!

The property is great; on site pool and swim up bar. The food is good from the bar. The room was awesome, very clean and labeled well. I would definitely return.

You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo in the best location on 7 mile beach. I wish we would’ve found this place 20 years ago when our kids were younger. The owners are so thoughtful & very considerate with information. We spent 4 days with our friends and had the best time.

This property is in a great location, with all amenities nearby. The swim up bar is a fun touch. We will hopefully return for a longer stay. The hosts did a very nice job of making this unit more of a home than a hotel.

Property was better than listed. Unit was well-stocked with lots of useful extras (like pack&play & beach toys). Owners were very responsive and helpful. Spot was ideal for family and young children with multiple pools and nice sandy beach and umbrellas. Location accessible to all needs - grocery, restaurants, adult beverages. Thanks Kheng & Travis!!

This condo was a fantastic place to stay—clean, modern, and perfectly located. With many great restaurants within walking distance, dining options were endless. Kheng, the owner, was great at communicating with us, and if it’s your first stay on the island, she provides plenty of helpful information. Highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Property is beautiful and condo is exceptional. Grant and Khen are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo has everything you need and more! Definitely will be back!

Very nice property with a very large pool area. Beach was a private cove that was perfect for if the ocean was rough around us. Snorkeling right in the cove on the wall was very nice. Sad the beach was not more connected to the rest of 7mile. Seems 7 mile beach is more broken up in the last 5 years since I was down here. The unit had every imaginable amenity you could need. Be careful with the toaster as it will set off the smoke detector. We tried to adjust the settings but it seemed it needed more help that we can give it. Very nice balcony and view. Pool bar is the best! Food and drinks were great! Plenty of security on site to make you feel more than comfortable. Sad nothing was open with the old Margaritaville as it was our front lobby area. Will come back and stay again. Owner is super great and responsive.

We just stayed 12 glorious days at Sunset Cove 219! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic! It was close to everything we needed. Supermarkets were just a few min. drive away, as well as George Town and all pick-up locations for our excursions. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was well labelled from the kitchen to the washroom, where to find what, etc. It was so enjoyable to stay there!! It was comfortable, spacious, and cozy! Jennifer, the housekeeper, came to clean the condo twice during our stay and she does a nice job! Kheng kept in touch with us during our stay and we appreciated all her tips and recommendations of what to see, where to go, what restaurants to try, etc. The condo exceeded all our expectations! The beach is kept groomed compared to the other beaches on the left and the right of Sunset Cove. We were very surprised how the other resorts and hotels had unkept beaches, even branded hotels like the Marriott had sadder beachfront than our beach. There is a lot of sea life to enjoy especially in the early morning when the water is still very calm. We highly enjoyed snorkeling there. The pool and pool area were always kept clean. The ground keepers do a great job keeping the garden nice and clean, the pool was cleaned daily before we were up. The pool water was clear, which tells me they have a very good filtering system. We were extremely happy with our decision to pick Kheng and Grant’s condo over a hotel chain.
