Stayed Oct 31, 2025Balcony view of golf course and clubhouse. Gave the bigger beds to my kids with babies on main floor. Spiral staircase to upper 3rd room was not great for my body but that's just me. Dad took one for the team.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Great location. Just outside of Branson but within a 10 minute drive. Less traffic and noise! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Well Stocked. Only small complaints was the dishwasher didn't work and pool closest to us was closed for maintenance. Had a great time and will definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Check in was easy, plenty of room for one family. Access to nice pools a plus. Location was good away from traffic. Second floor condo so stairs could be an issue if you have mobility issues. View of golf course was spectacular, watched golfers from the balcony which my parents loved.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay, which significantly affected our experience. The bathrooms were poorly maintained—tubs, sinks, and toilets clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. In one bathroom the shower curtain rod was extremely loose and barely attached to the wall. The towels had an unpleasant sour odor, prompting me to purchase new ones for my stay. When I tried to launder them, the washing machine smelled sour, likely due to poor maintenance and being kept fully shut, preventing proper drying. Even after washing my new towels, they picked up the same sour smell. To make matters worse, the dryer wasn’t properly vented and was exhausting hot, humid air into the closet. The kitchen was equally disappointing, with dirty countertops and a smelly, improperly installed dishwasher. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the condo's location and layout were convenient. Each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom was especially nice when traveling with friends, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course. However, the cleanliness issues far outweighed these benefits. Until these problems are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We had a wonderful time at this property! It felt like a real home, not just a place to borrow. We loved the multiple pools on the campus, and our large group enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms. If we come to visit Branson again, we will definitely stay here!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024We stayed here for dance nationals and it was a quick drive to the Branson landing. Loved the location, nice big pool. Air conditioning didn’t work for a night but was fixed the following morning when maintenance made it out. That was a little rough in the summer month. Overall we had a good stay.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024This odds a beautiful place. There were only 2 things that could’ve been better. The welcome snacks in the basket were a nice gesture but the food was expired and hard. Also the upstairs bathroom sink drain topper was not working so I couldn’t fill the sink.
