the patio furniture was in the living room, the washer & dryer took very long to dry about 5 hours, icemaker not working and the stove would come on as you rubbed up against the stove, the microwave didnt work.. we had a great time, very nice condo, just a few things didnt work..

Everything was very nice. The condo was perfect for our family. The 3rd bathroom made a big difference for us since we were there with our adult children and spouses. The only thing I would say just as a concern is, if we were in the kitchen reaching over the bar we kept cutting on the stove top. The knobs are easily turned and we noticed several times the stove top was on. We had to remember every time we left to check it. Overall it was a perfect condo and we will remember this unit!

I am a VRBO owner and Premier Host. We enjoyed our stay. Pros… beautiful location, next door to Florabama & restaurants & liquor store. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. The view is stunning!!! We had an attached 9 floor garage, which was so convenient. Cons… 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for our 4 day stay, 1 roll of paper towels, no dish soap to wash up last minute items and 1 dish rag. There absolutely no conveniences like salt & pepper & coffee filters, so bring your own! We would absolutely stay here again, but we would be prepared. Our VRBO we furnish little conveniences to help the renters out, so you don’t have to run to grocery store the minute you check in. If you are a little prepared, this place you will enjoy!!!

Loved the view, the stand alone ice maker was so nice, the size of the unit was perfect and we enjoyed how easy it was to walk over to the Florabama. The only downsides were the condo wasn’t as clean as I prefer, but this is peak tourist season so I understand how busy the cleaning crews must be. Only other issue was no pantry space to store food items, so I just rearranged some of the items in the kitchen cabinets to make space.

We loved the Condo that we stayed in and would do it again. The ocean views were gorgeous, the home was well stocked, and each bedroom with its own bath made it the perfect experience.

We loved everything about this place. We would definitely stay again. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the decor.

This property was under construction when we arrived. The only thing open was the indoor pool. The out door pool and jacuzzi's were closed due to remodel. We requested a different property due to the circumstances.. Management was quick to respond and found another condo they managed at a differnet location. All turned out well.. I would recommend you check to see if ammenities are open if you book this property.

Our condo and experience were awesome. One concern was the stove knobs were easily turned on if someone reached up to the microwave or leaned in that direction. We wanted to let you know in case children stayed. Otherwise, all was wonderful.
