Stayed Oct 25, 2025I was very happy with my stay. No complaints at all. The 5th floor was a perfect vantage point from the water. We saw a lot of dolphins one morning.We have always rented a 5 bdroom on Bahia. I decided to extend the stay a few days... Glad I did !

Stayed Sep 30, 2025Room was clean. Condo was convent. Only downfall wa show long maintenance took to show up to fix a minor issue. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Accommodations were just OK. Washing machine stunk, 2nd shower didn’t drain well, all TV'S had 3 or 4 remotes which were very confusing. Never could get master bedroom TV on. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. Master bed frame was not attached to headboard. Slid on floor when you moved in bed. Mold on shower curtain liners.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We had a great time! The verbiage is incorrect, it’s the 5th floor, but did not effect our stay. Balcony over looking the pool and beach. I will add, if you do not plan on renting the beach chairs (which was only 50 for the day) then plan on getting out there early (like 5:30am) to set your tent/chairs up. Reality gets taken up very quickly!!
