6th Floor 3BR @ The Marisol Directly on the Beach w/Beach Chairs!!

We loved this condo and only have one complaint! We have three kids under 7 and booked this condo because it had a bunk bed with a pullout which was perfect for our three kids, but upon arrival they had a queen bed in that room. Now the property management company did bring us an air mattress but we didn’t have room to put it anywhere. So if you have kids and liked that part they no longer have it. The rooms were also nice size. The decor was also really nice. All the appliances were very nice too. So other than the bunk bed issue it was perfect! Also parking is nice because you get a designated parking spot which is under the condo in the shade! You also get two free parking spots but only one designated. The beach for this location is also nice because it’s a smaller condo and not over crowded. The pool isn’t big but it’s in the shade and is perfect to cool off after a long day at the beach. So all in all I would give this a five star if the bed situation would’ve been what we wanted.

Our stay from April 24 to May 2 was marked by significant issues, primarily due to air conditioning problems. -Arrival and Initial ImpressionsUpon arrival, the condo was clean and appeared well-maintained. However, we quickly realized we needed additional blankets for the fold-out bed in the living room. Non -Air Conditioning IssuesThe most pressing concern was the air conditioning. For the first four nights, the temperature inside remained above 75 degrees, making it uncomfortable. Despite multiple visits from maintenance, the air conditioning unit was ultimately found to need replacement. This process took about five hours, during which we had to stay in the condo, making it difficult to manage daily activities. Plus the other 4 days of repairs-Daily ChallengesThe heat significantly impacted our ability to cook and maintain comfort. Even simple tasks, like showering, left us sweating due to the high temperatures. With an infant in our group, the suggestion to open doors for airflow was impractical, as we needed a controlled environment.-Misrepresentation of AmenitiesWe were disappointed to find that the condo was advertised with functional air conditioning and bunk beds, neither of which met our expectations. This misrepresentation affected our decision to book the unit.Despite the numerous inconveniences, there was no acknowledgment or offer of compensation from management. We had to purchase three fans to cope with the heat, which added to our frustrations

One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Location was great! Only thing to note, the pool is very small. It did not matter to us as we sat on the beach .. and the view is perfect

The unit was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. We had an issue with the wi-fi: the password was incorrect in our instruction email and there wasn't any information in the unit. Had the correct, current password been available in the unit, we could've connected on day 1 vs day 4 and avoided two calls to the comm company (who specifically asked if this info was on a card in the unit). A second minor issue was that the gate password was also incorrect in the instruction email - it was the same as the entry pw (month/year).

Great location!! Super clean condo and not too crowded in the place we stayed. We had a great time this past week.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a very nice unit. Great location. I like the fact that it is a smaller complex, therefore there was not much waiting on the elevators. Our main issue when we got there was noticing the dirtiness of the trundle bed part of the bunk bed, we were not using that bed so we just let it slide. Throughout the week, I noticed stains on the comforter, and I am wondering if they are even being washed as they just wanted them folded and on the bed. There was not a comforter for queen size room, but again, we didn't need the entire bunk bed so I just pulled one of those comforters for it. Also, when we took off the pillow cases as requested there was a HUGE blood stain on one of the pillows. There is no way it could not have been seen by the cleaners, unless of course, they are terrible at cleaning and not paying attention. I texted the phone number that sent the checkout instructions to ensure the cleaners bring another pillow. Also, if you have issues with people smoking, this complex states in several location that this is a smoke free complex but people were constantly smoking on the balcony. I wish it would have been enforced.

Balcony door is hard to close. Too many numbers and symbols for door log in. And a code to get in the bldg, to the pool etc. Our parking space (assigned) was taken twice. Also one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. One trash bag in each trash can as well. Just what we wanted to do - go to the grocery and buy household supplies.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with breathtaking ocean views. The location was ideal—steps from the beach and close to great restaurants. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!

We absolutely love this condo!!! It is extremely nice and well taken care of. When we come back my husband only wants to stay here!!! Thank you for a perfect amazing stay!!!

We had an amazing time! Plenty of room for our family and the beach workers were amazing to work with too! Property was clean and workers friendly! We will be back
