Beach Chic Studio Condo in the Balboa building just inside the gates of the resort. This peaceful space is just steps from the LaCosta Spa. Enjoy a game of golf or dinner at Bob's Steak House. Grab a cup of Peets's coffee or a sandwich at the Marketplace. A short walk outside the resort is Gelson's to either grab a few things to cook a meal in your condo, or shop online and have your goodies delivered. Heading to the beach No problem! South Ponto Beach is only a5 minute drive away. Shopping We have some of the best shopping in the area. Premium Outlets are 8 minutes away and the Forum is only 5 minutes.

Q: Could you please tell me about your cancellation policy
A: Anything booked within 30 days of arrival, there will be no refund. $250.00 cancellation fee at any point. Purchasing travel insurance is always a good idea. We offer this through CSA if you are interested.

A: Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am
