Beautiful and clean with everything we needed. And a spectacular view!

Amazing stay!! Such Paradise!!

Hello! We loved the condo but we feel it would be even better with some updates. The carpet in bedrooms was stained filthy and not sanitary. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean everything when we arrived on Christmas Eve.

cat hair everywhere! dirty! Door lock malfunctioned and we were locked out and had to go in thru a window. Maintenance did not show up til next day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the location was perfect! We were not given a door code before arrival and had to call the emergency number at 2:00 am to be able to get access to the condo. Also, the faucet in the guest bathroom leaked so much that by the time one person finished brushing their teeth they were standing in a puddle.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous ocean view!

My sister and I met here for our yearly getaway. The condo is beautiful and spacious- the ocean view from the balcony is gorgeous! It was just what we had hoped for and we would definitely come back!

This condo is nicely located, not far from the beach and pools. The views from the balcony are so beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from there and listening to the waves. I do not want to give a bad review to the owner because I do not know how the property is maintained, by the owner or a maintenance company, and we have had no issues in any of the units we have rented in the past, this is our 5th trip to Cinnamon Beach. There were various maintenance issues. Clogged sink drain, clogged aerators of one sink and tub in master. The carpets in bedrooms were extremely stained and dirty. The condo had a very musty smell, that was probably a combination of the carpets and the air conditioner filter. The a/c filter was so dirt ladened that it had collapsed on itself. The evaporator coil of the a/c unit is so dirty that they will have issues with the unit if not addressed very soon. One smoke detector in a secondary bedroom is missing. I hope these issues are addressed soon so that the next occupants will really enjoy their stay. We love Cinnamon Beach, this was a very rare experience.

Loved the view and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. Even had beach towels chairs and a small cooler. Would have liked the grill to be open Monday. Pool closed at 7pm on Sunday that was a bummer, but overall great place and neighbors. Tricia May 2023
