Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the location. The restaurants in the area were excellent. We all enjoyed our visit to Old St. Augustine as well as the world golf museum and we also made trips to Amelia Island and Daytona Beach. The golf courses in the area were reasonably priced and very nice as well.We are planning to return again within the future as well.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I relocated to Florida, with the expectation our home was going to be completed within a certain date range. We thought we buffered our first short term rental with enough time, but sadly we were mistaken. Fortunately for us, someone recommended International Golf Realty, and with a little luck, they had an available unit, and at a much more reasonable rate than our initial short term rental. Wish we found them to begin with. The accommodations were more than we could have expected. The location, building, unit, is simply first class all the way. And the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, when we had one little mishap. On behalf of my family and I, thank you very much for making an already stressful relocation, a little more bearable.
