Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arriving at the Galvestonian you already know you’re getting away from it all. That feeling is only amplified once you get to A Wave From It All. I was concerned about the cost and the rules but overall this is just an amazing location. Staff are friendly and accommodating in general, there is a coffee bar every morning and the facilities are all well maintained. The view of sunrise is hard to beat, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The only downsides were the building - they need a ramp or easier way to get things from the first floor (pool deck area down to beach level). While the shopping carts and wagons were very helpfull, it was a pain transferring things from carts, carrying down the stairs to the blue wagons.

Access to the beach was easy, and location relatively close to restaurants. Balcony overlooking the beach with tall lifeguard chairs make it easy to see the view over the railing. Would stay there again!

The view on the balcony was beautiful, we enjoyed our coffee every morning overlooking the pool and watching the waves. The unit (0610) was very nice. There was everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean. We liked the quiet location, but not far from the many attractions, (Moody Gardens) or restaurants (Katie's). Would stay here again.

We love this place... the quiet location, the clean beach, the pool and the well maintained grounds. This unit (0610) was very nice! Very clean, not cluttered, updated, and well stocked! We especially loved the tall lifeguard type chairs on the main balcony. It allowed you to see the ocean without looking through the screened railing. Would stay here again!
