Stayed Mar 15, 2026First & foremost this very clean cottage is a one minute stroll to a secluded powdery white sand beach in a neighborhood of multimillion dollar homes. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had the basics needed for a beach vacation. We walked to the end of Pass-a-Grille and the Don Cesar. Cory was a fabulous host!

Stayed May 22, 2025This is my second time to stay here and I absolutely love it! It is a great location if you enjoy an uncrowded beach. Cory is very responsive and goes above and beyond to meet his guests needs. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely be back.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We had a great stay and the location can’t be beat. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Property states that it sleeps 5 comfortably. I’d say that’s a little bit of a stretch. We made it work and the property owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would probably not come back as a family of 4 and try to stay somewhere a little bigger. All in all, would definitely come back to this location, especially to the other property on site that has an additional bedroom.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025Totally redone after hurricane. Great 1-bedroom/one bath apartment with parking for two cars. Everything is new. Bedroom has a queen bed. New recliner sofa folds flat on each end for additional guest. You can see the beach walkway entrance from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all provided. Corey is a great host and is responsive and helpful. Quiet safe spot on Pass-a-Grille with beautiful quiet stretch of beach. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. My wife and I would stay again.

Stayed Jan 15, 2024Such a perfect place for our stay in St Pete's Beach. Nearly private beach, easy stroll to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Cory was wonderful and was available for any question we had. Thank you and we hope to come back when we can hopefully get some better weather! Thank you!
