6 minute Walk to Whitecap Beach, 1st Floor Cozy Condo, Padre Island Vacation!

The place was perfect for my family and I!! The walk to the beach is very quick, and easy access. I loved they had all the beach essentials ready to be used! The pool was easy access very comfortable and clean! The house gave a cozy relaxing feeling to end our night watching a movie and the kitchen is stocked with your needs! Thank you having us we’ll be back soon!!

Very welcoming unit close to the beach with a nice ground floor location. Perfect for a couple getaway — the bathroom is only accessible through bedroom so use of the sofa bed by another party could be awkward. Fortunately it was just two o us so it was perfect. Just add you and food for a relaxing time

Proximity to the beach. We went to the beach. Used the pool and hot tub at the condo. Have stayed here before and will come back.

Loved this property! Great location, very clean, the host has been wonderful, and our favorite was the heated pool! We’ll definitely be booking here again.

We will absolutely stay here again! Such a cute place, first floor, and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach! We stayed 3 nights, our 2 teenagers slept on the sofa bed. She had nice beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and toys), as well as a wagon and coolers! The pool and hot tub was nice to come back to. I also liked having a washer and dryer to wash suits and towels before heading home!

Had a cover to outside A.C. electrical box banging all night the first night. After 4 attempts we finally got it to quit banging. There was construction on the building right next to us, so equipment was in the way and yellow safety tape blew and whipped all night. Probably the worse stay I've had in a long time.

Location was great! Close to beach.The condo was smaller than what we are used to. Parking was challenging. The spaces were tight. We have a Double Cab pickup. Our spot was not close to our door, and it took us several trips to unload. There are several steps up to our door, and we were trying to avoid that as it makes it difficult to unload our gear for our stay. Other guests backed their vehicles into the parking and blocked the sidewalks.

This was a wonderful condo that had everything we needed and they paid close attention to detail of things you could possibly need while on a vacation at the beach. The location is awesome being right across from the pool, clubhouse, and pond you can fish in. We would def stay again!

This is a great place in a good location. We made a lot of memories with our kids. Place was clean and very cute. Would rent again!

The condo was so comfy and adorable. We felt right at home! Nice group of people at the pool, which is clean and beautiful. There is plenty of visitor parking, plus you get a designated parking spot. 5 minute walk to whitecap beach, a clean and beautiful beach- a Texas hidden treasure.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient condo on the Gulf. We stayed three nights and could easily have stayed twice as long. We love staying at the Beach Club, but usually come with the entire family. This one bedroom is ideal for a couple like ourselves who really wanna be close to the pool and the beach.The furnishings beds, linens towels were all very nice and the kitchen, although a little small is well equipped.Noemi was an excellent host and a great communicator. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Weather was cooler than expected but the stay was still very nice.

We stayed for a weekend at the property. It was very comfortable and very clean. The condo is an easy five minute walk to the beach. It was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and kitchen accessories. The pool and hot tub were convenient and very clean. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the condo for a week. It was lovely and clean. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The host was in touch with us and easy to teach, although we didn’t need to -there were no problems with the unit. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely stay there again.

It was adequate. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too full for me. Lots of extra pillows in the closet. For me it was cluttered with stuff, decorative pillows on the bed unwashed, cabinets were a hodgepodge and unorganized. Front door was constantly sticking, and hard to open. We were asked to launder towels, bedding, and start dishwasher before check out. Take out the trash. The trash I get and had no problem with. But upon arrival the dining table dirty and there was trash in the bedroom wastebasket. There was required cleaning fee. The pool is very nice, and it is close to the beach.

We have stayed at this complex several times in the past. The experience this time around was so much better. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The unit was very clean and quiet. Location to the pool is very convenient. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. King sized bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay at this unit again.

The appliances are marginal, washer clicks, dryer barely works, stove has to be turned way up to work. Light bulbs were out. Different sofas than shown in picture. The sofa bed kinda sinks, its worn out. The bathroom smells like mildew. Needs to be checked out. The beach was amazing, but we wouldn't stay in this unit again.
