Love this Beach Place condo. View is spectacular and the host is kind.

This has been the worse experience I’ve had with a host. She accused me of being 20 I’m a 45 year old lady, told me that it was a mess had to do extra cleaning. First it was a mess when we got there and it was left cleaner when we left. Johnna told me never to rent again, trust me I won’t. She is very rude.

Great location across from John’s Pass. The sunset views cannot be beat! It was very easy to get in touch with Joanna when needed, and she was kind enough to offer us early check in and late check out. My two daughters and I had a great time!

We love the location being walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony. The owner kept in touch and responded quickly to questions.

The location is great. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and water experiences such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and boat tours. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. We did not have children with us, but noticed high chair, crib, step stool, and stroller. Fantastic for young families. The balcony offers great views.

This was our second time staying in this condo, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located—it truly felt like a home away from home.

Perfect place to stay with family. The location can’t be beat. Right across the street from John’s Pass which is shopping, restaurants, bars and water activities. The owner was wonderful she answered some questions within minutes. Lovely place very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Our unit was great as always. Owner always so nice and easy to reach. Only problem was the elevator and we had to get 7 heavy bags down 5 flight of stairs.

Wonderfully stocked condo and beautiful views! Owner very available if needed. Having St. John’s pass across the street was great for quick bite to eat or shop. Definitely recommend this condo.

Major details were as described onlineProblems once there- a/c not working properly in the master bedroom; dryer took 3 90 minute cycles for towels; no ice maker- 2 plastic trays?! I mean- we liked the location but would not choose this unit again.

Would rent this condo again. Elevator had problems daily until fixed. Priceless view. Enjoyed the pool and beach.

We were so impressed with this condo! It was clean, comfy, and the perfect location. The communication with Joanna was amazing. She was quick to reply and we were even able to check in early! We had 2 adult couples staying. We grilled out several times on the communal gas grill. The condo is right across the street from John’s Pass so there is plenty to do within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view. The pool and pool area was clean and the beach access was unbeatable. We highly recommend the condo!

Right across the street from St. John’s pass. Stores restaurants and bars. Really nice condo and Joanna was very helpful and always a fast response if I had questions. Would stay there again.

It doesn’t get much better than this! Well stocked with about anything you could ask for. Right across the street from John’s pass. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and very roomy and clean. We would definitely stay here again and again!!

Location was great for walking to some restaurants and place was nice. The only issue was that the garbage disposal did not work, which was okay. But the main bathroom toilet was having issues flushing and going down. They came and looked at it but think it was something deep in pipes so we just had to be careful. Owner was very responsive

This condo is immaculate and much larger than I expected. It has everything you need to make family meals or you can cross the street and go to John’s Pass for anything you want to do. Rent a jet ski or take a boat or kayak out once at the property there is no reason to leave. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay.

We've stayed here twice now and the condo is perfect. Being so close to Johns Pass makes for easy family entertainment when we tire of the beach and pool.

We've stayed in this unit before and the owner was and continues to be top notch. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any unit we've stayed in over the last 12 years. The owner is helpful, considerate and responsive; she cares that your stay is the best it can be. She continues to make upgrades to her unit and it gets better each stay. Thank you, J! Condo was in a great location! Well equipped with everything you could need. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
