Pier Park has family friendly restaurants, attractions and shopping a block from Calypso‘s front door. Come and enjoy the beautiful private stretch of beach and the two gulf front pools while enjoying drinks from the tiki bar or chill on your balcony for spectacular sunsets. There is also a convenience store to buy those last-minute orforgotten items including beach accessories. Your furnished two bedroom plus bunk room is a great place to enjoy your family vacation!

Unit 1-1804 (East Tower): Oceanfront - two bedroom, plus Bunk room, two bath. Condo sleeps 7 comfortably!

Your balcony awaits with views of one of the World’s most beautiful beaches. We have made sure this condo is warm and welcoming to feel like home for us and our guests. There is parking across the street and a bridge on the 3rd floor to help you get to the condo safely.

A few things to help you enjoy our condo: electronic keypad so you will not have to worry about keys; over 1200 sq ft of living space; 100+ sq ft of balcony living room space; room for all in living room, dining room (6 available chairs and 4 barstools at the counter to accommodate all guests); kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters with double sink (this kitchen is stocked: microwave, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, blender and electric can opener); master has a king bed, blackout curtains, smart tv, walk in closet, combo tub/shower with a double vanity; 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, blackout curtains, smart tv, full closet and combo tub/shower and wall mounted hair dryer; 3rd bedroom is a twin bunk room, smart tv; wireless internet access throughout; full size washer and dryer; and a closet in the laundry room with extra folding beach chairs and a few beach toys to use during your visit.

Calypso is situated right near Pier Park and will allow you to leave the car in the garage and walk to shopping, entertainment and wonderful restaurants.
Calypso is a 23 story condominium resort with very nice features: 3 elevators for each tower; 500+ feet of beautiful private white sand beach frontage; 2 gulf-view swimming pools (one heated during winter months); seasonal beach services (2incl), seasonal Tiki Bar and Grill ($); 11am-11pm seasonal onsite beach and sports rentals ($) - Aquatic Adventures - rent chairs, umbrellas, jet-skis, paddle-boats, catamarans, banana boat rides and parasailing; plus aquatic tours they can set-up for you (Please contact them directly.); fitness center on 3rd floor - hours 8am-10pm; vending machines onsite; front desk & general store onsite open 24/7; and luggage carts available in garage on 3rd level (these are not allowed in the condo space. Please load and unload at the door to the condo.)

Parking across the street in Calypso parking garage. Up to 2 spaces… MUST fill out registration that will come directly from Calypso. Each space is $60 for the duration of your stay.
