The area of town: This gem is located in "Mid-Town" Bozeman. Mid town is surrounded by restaurants and breweries within a quick walk. Please note: the address is 515 WEST Aspen
We strive to make our fees as transparent as possible. Here's a breakdown of what the fees listed on VRBO are paying for:
Nightly Rate
Cleaning Fee
Lodging Taxes- 8% of the nightly rate
Property Fee: $35. We offer a damage waiver through Dream MT Properties. Our cost is $35. The same policy can be purchased through VRBO at an inflated rate.
Admin Fee: $80. This covers Credit/Debit card processing, including E-check through VRBO. This also covers the VRBO processing fees.
VRBO "service fee": 8-12% of each reservation. This fee is collected solely by VRBO. Dream MT Properties does not receive these funds and we do not account for them. You will receive a separate email from Dream MT Properties with a lesser amount invoice. Also, there will be a discrepancy in the cancellation policy. The more lenient of the two policies will apply.
Loved the roof deck!
My family and I had a great time at Aspen Crossing and it was a perfect place a to stay with great amenities and an excellent location. We were pleasantly surprised that the building has a BBQ restaurant and another bowling/dining spot in the building too which is convenient after long days skiing. Condo itself is great, open, airy and has lots of amenities as well as full kitchen/laundry, etc. We will definitely book here again on our next ski trip.
Accessible to everything you need. Restaurants and bar conveniently located jsut downstairs and just blocks away from other restaurants and Main St.
