From the balcony, the ocean, pool courtyard, and vast expanse of this car free section of the beach is everywhere you look. Enjoy breakfast and happy hour with mesmerizing views, or just relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked and the master king has terrific natural light and views. There is a coin operated laundry room just a few steps outside the front door.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Condo was nice, clean. The king bed was very comfy. view was great. There was a bit of construction with a seawall going in but didnt bother us. We enjoyed our stay,even with the cooler weather.

My family loved our stay at NSB. The unit was just as advertised. The view from the balcony was amazing for watching the sun rise. We also got to see two rocket launches from the balcony during our stay. We really enjoyed the use of the full size kitchen, and loved all the space in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was excellent. Hope to visit again soon!
