50 steps to the Ocean! Great Maui Location!

A good accommodation for the price. Good location - right on the beach - not necessarily good for swimming, but great for long walks with very few people around. The air conditioner worked well and there were ceiling fans in every room. The glass door to the bathroom was a little weird, but we made do. If you plan on cooking much during your stay, note that the sink has no garbage disposal, and there is no salt, pepper or other condiments, so bring your own or plan on buying them.

50 steps s to ocean. 5 steps to ocean view. Lovely location. Well appointed condo . Home away from home ! Hosts were attentive but not in your face. Highly recommend

Managers were welcoming and communication was excellent.

Overall very close to the beach and the water beach toys. As a Newly Remodel properly few of the lights and electrical stockets didnt work. VRBO and Expedia communication on the rental of this unit was a total miss as we were overcharged! Won't rent using VRBO thru Expedia ever again.

Strong sewer smell outside the unit however did not notice inside. Location is convenient and worked fine for a few days. Unit was clean and comfortable however could not get bedroom TV to work. Pool area and beach areas are tiny however we were not there for beach or pool.

It really was just steps from the best walking beach on Maui. The condo was clean and had everything we needed on our stay. The property had beautiful landscaping and we loved sitting on the patio. The only negative (not anything to do with this unit) was parking spaces were so tight, it was an adventure getting in and out.

The property owners are awesome. The condo is in excellent conditions. The place is right next to a beautiful beach, the place is safe and very quiet. I would just recommend to have a car as there is only one place to buy groceries and they don’t have many options. Our experience was excellent and the welcoming package was very useful. We will come back for sure ?

Could not have been more perfect. Owners always checked in and made sure things were great!

Nice place to stay away from crowds. Tons of cats here that a neighbor feeds. Also noisy roosters so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Very close to the ocean! Best part of the property. Has NOT been recently updated, but the owner removed that recently. Every time that I was in the pool, I was the only person using it; loved that. Unit was not clean and very outdated. I believe the owner is going to remedy some of the issues. Floor near the sink is rotten and spongy.

Unit was dusty like it hadn't been swept and furniture not dusted and wiped clean.We liked the location and the distance to the beach.

The apartment is located in a 3 story building which looks like a small hotel. It has a shared swimming pool, a shower to rinse after beach at the beach entrance, a barbeque area, a parking. The apartment is pretty spacious, well equipped and clean. The hosts communicated very well and quckly addressed an issue we had with the sink dranage.The location is really on the beautiful beach with turtles.

We enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach, little general store, aquarium and local restaurants.

Aloha to all, very good and fitting condo with close parking-stall and nice cute beach with nearly no other people. It was my 2nd time here and I would return to this location again. MAHALO !!!
