Escape to this delightful condo in South Padre Island. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king in the master, 2 queen beds in the 2nd room, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. (Trundle style).

Sleeps 6 comfortably, not to exceed 8 occupants (including infants and children). The primary renter needs to be over the age of 35 years old. All occupants will need to register their full names at least 5 days before the day of Check in. Once the list of occupants has been submittedno changes will be allowed. (Falsifying names and age will result in the individual not being allowed onto the property, and may result in termination of this reservation, loss of all rent and security deposit and the party being immediately evicted ). All occupants will receive a wrist band to be worn for the full duration of the stay.
Baby chair and Crib are available upon request and for a fee.

Renters have a dedicated parking area. They will need to register their cars on check in.

This tastefully decorated condo is perfect for winter Texans and long stay vacations with a home away from home feel.

Guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub.

The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.
Residents have access to a state of the art fitness center, game room and two stunning residents pools annd hot tub which are temperature regulated above 60F.
Pool cabanas, Beach side chairs & umbrellas are available to rent through the conceige.
Sun lounges by the pool are complimentary.
A Game room is available to residents with pin ball, pool and table games as well as a 24 seat theater for your movie enjoyment.

Guests will be welcomed with basic complimentary amenities. (Starter kit includes toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent pods, coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar, seasoning, oil, salt and pepper.

For your comfort we recommend that you bring beach towels, sun screen, bottle water and baby products.

Residents also have access to Margaritaville Hotel’s restaurant and bar.
Gate code access direct to the beach for beach walks.
South Padre Island Metro offers complimentary shuttles during the day on the island and to Port Isabel where you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores and other services.

Check out time before 11am.
On Check out please ensure the following:
1. Leave all beds unmade. Leave bed linens and towels on the hallway floor.
2. Wash dry and put away dishes, pots, silverware and utensils.
3. Empty refrigerator and freezer. Clean up spills.
4. Set air conditioning to 75F
5. Take trash bags from bathrooms & kitchen, dispose at proper location on the property
6. Ensure Balcony door is closed immediately upon coming in or going out.
7. Leave all furniture in its proper location as found at the beginning of your rental stay.
8. Close all binds, doors and windows, Switch off all lights and appliances.


The property management does not permit renters to bring pets.

Cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to your stay.

A pre-paid refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be held and refunded within 14 days of checkout if no damage is reported. (Damage includes water damage, damage to furniture and fixtures including stains as well as smoke damage from smoking or vaping).

Please note that The Sapphire resort and Spa is a residential property. All renters must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Management and HOA. Failure to do so may result in a fine or even eviction at anytime during your stay. Refunds will not be given to any guests as an outcome of breaking any of the Sapphires rules and regulations. The property can not be sub leased or be used for any commercials activity. Any changes or requests to the booking needs to be in writing by email with a minimum of 7 days notice and is at the discretion of the owner.

The owner will not be liable for disruptions during the rental period due to any acts of god or maintenance issues that may arise due to construction or facility improvements.
