Stayed Apr 22, 2026Room was clean and roomy, we were farther away from the beach but that was desired as we had 2 kids with us. Pool area was lovely. The beach was beautiful and quiet Would stay here again!

Stayed Jan 31, 2025I can't say enough about our stay! The condo is just beautiful in every way - the decor, the cleanliness, the location. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the sheets are nice and soft, the towels are of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. Kerry is great to communicate with - she responds very quickly if you reach out to her! The condo is just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Thank You! We will definitely stay here again if we're in New Smyrna Beach!

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We were down with family for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The condo was clean and beautiful, and just as described. We were delighted to find it fully stocked with everything needed for an extended stay, right down to the beach toys. The host was super easy to work with and quick to respond. Stayed Sep 11, 2024Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. The condo did not disappoint. The host was gracious with check in and check out times. We did not lack for one thing in the fully stocked condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!.

Stayed Apr 21, 2024My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.
