5 Bedrooms at Phoenix X 1517 Walk to the Flora Bama Gulf Front by Prickett Properties

We have stayed here in December for the last 2 years and have reserved again for next year. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The condo was clean. We had a few issues but those were fixed in a timely manner. One bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub but no shower. It would be nice if a shower could be added in that bathroom. Even a hand held would help. This condo is great for our family of 10 but needs a little TLC. The ice maker needs to be cleaned. Prickett is a great rental agency and always responded when we had questions or issues.

Cleanliness and multiple non working items

My friends and I were expecting a “penthouse” quality condo but the furniture was definitely not up to the standards of a penthouse. Fuses kept blowing when 2 or more used blow dryers We couldn't find a fuse box so called the maintenance man who told us it's behind a picture hanging in the hall. Also had trouble turning on ceiling fans in master br and den and he told us they were on cross circuits. Also there is no “private” entrance to that bedroom as there's no doorknob and an end table is in front of that door. Kitchen faucet continues to leak and every day found condensation and/or water on floor in laundry room. While the balcony was nice there is way too much large furniture on it which took up most of the room

Nice large condo! A few issues at the beginning of our stay but were addressed immediately. Had everything we needed but the knives were dull & there is not enough serving bowls or kitchen towels. The condo was clean but had a stale smell that a deep clean would resolve. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The washer & dryer were newer & were large capacity. I would book this condo again. My comments are observations that I made during my stay.

Beautiful condo, loved staying there! Very spacious. Perfect location! The biggest problem was not enough hot water for 13 people. Some of us had to take cool showers. The Kerurig coffee maker leaked water and the large Teflon pan was very scratched up and needs replacing

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and organized. Great location to the beach and a nice pool. My only suggestion is to add larger pans and pots for those larger families who cook while there. You had two crock pots (which we brought out own ) but the eggs and bacon I had to make in batches because the (single) pan was small. Beyond that, loved it!

Local to the area - we enjoyed every moment of our time at a beautiful beach. With exception to multiple unannounced intrusions (5 total), including both Saturday & Sunday mornings at 8:00am, by construction workers at our balcony to complete 2 week overdue annual maintenance (per the Property Manager - at time of refusing to leave our condo.!!!) - our staycation was perfect.

Love the location and actually have stayed in this unit twice now and will again.

We loved the location! Loves the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Loved coffee on the lanai every morning, and relaxing in evening. Only “con” was the king mattress. Very uncomfortable! ESP for someone with a bad hip and knee. Overall our stay was wonderful!
