Stayed Jul 12, 2025We have never stayed in Sea Isle before and weren't sure what to expect. We couldn't have been happier! From the service we received from Kristie at Tim Kerr's to the beautiful house to the perfect location--this was a wonderful vacation.We went with my family and a couple of my kids' friends. (All teens) The location is perfect so they can walk to the ice cream shop, there are restaurants nearby, the grocery store is like 2 blocks away, quick walk to the beach and easy to get to the Promenade.The house was great! So clean and nice--I loved how there were places for everyone to hang out & not allBe in the same area. The teens loved watching TV & playing games in the garage. We enjoyed morning coffee on the covered deck and then hanging out in the family room. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, beach chairs...they had it all. We are sold on SIC and will definitely go back to this house. I highly recommend Tim Kerr's & this house!
