This is a spectacular property. It is beautifully furnished and every chair and bed is extremely comfortable. The owners are super responsive and really care that their guests have a good stay. This was a great place to return to for a soak in our private hot tub after a busy day. Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed in many of the different units at Beachside Colony, but this was far and away the best! We never looked at The Garden units because there is no balcony or view but I’m glad we took a chance on it this time. The oversized outdoor patio with hot tub was a huge hit, spacious and updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area and we loved the high ceilings. Christine had great communication with us prior to checking in and was available if we needed anything. This will be the first unit we will look for and rebook if available.

This property was perfect for our stay at Tybee.

Unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything you need, and the hanging chairs on the patio were a perfect place to nap. Would definitely return!

Great place great owners

Everything was great, clean property, lots of space for our family of 6, pool on site, and the private hot tub was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick responses. We would love to stay here again if we are traveling to Tybee Island in the future!

Owners think of all the little things that make your stay extra comfortable! Condo is beautiful and location is great for beach / shops / restaurant!

House is spacious and clean. Beds were all comfortable. Loved the patio and hot tub. Beach and pool are an easy walk. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Great location for locals destinations. Would recommend.

A great property for my husband and I and our three adult children. Located centrally on Tybee and just a short drive into Savannah. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful rental, very well equipped and in a great location. We loved the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the well-stocked beach supply closet. The resort was in a great location with nice pools, excellent access to the beach and a good onsite restaurant and bar. For all that, the best part about this stay was the host: excellent communications and very welcoming.

The private hot tub was exceptionally nice even though I couldn't adjust the temperature. I used the massage feature several times. Easy stroll to the beach for elders like myself. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and even though there was a pool wr enjoued the bea h instead. Excellent hist.

The whole family loved the condo. From the beauty of the room, hot tub, personal balcony with a grill, it was all great. Christine was a wonderful host and had our best interests in mind the whole stay. Would highly recommend this room, in fact, we plan to try to get it for next year too. ?
